it is confirmed na merong 6 greasing points ang 4x4/4wd fortuner. sa propeller shaft.

also, yung fortuner ng kapatid ko may squeaking problem. it only happens sa small bumps. sa normal hump, walang tunog. already had it checked yesterday and walang makitang problem. sprayed some lubricants sa rear bushings na din. pero meron parin squeak.

    baka may naka experience na

Price Difference from the G diesel variant is 83,000. That's 1,597 Liters of Gasoline, and that translates to about 11,970KM before you can match the price of the Diesel variant.
Maintenance is a bit cheaper since there are less parts that can possibly break down in the future (turbo, intercooler).
If you always carry heavy loads & spend most of the time in city traffic, this variant isn't for you.

Overall its a good choice if your on a budget but if you can spare another 83K more, then go for the Diesel since it will save you money in the long run.
Thanks sir... how about parts availability for the gas variant? since probably 7 out of 10 bought Diesel, stores tend to stock on diesel parts. ok ba availability ng piyesa sa market?

Wala bang crash test results ang Fortuner? Kahit na sa ASEANCAP? Hilux and Fortuner are different bodies and different vehicles and have to be tested separately.

Highlander iyan.. The Fortuner has bigger tires and higher wheel well. Higher Center of Gravity.. Shorter Approach angles on front bumper and rear because of 4WD heritage.
