It's a tall low-cost subcompact SUV, can't expect much. In Japan, Europe, Australia etc, there's a slightly more expensive alternative based on Toyota's subcompact TNGA platform... The Yaris Cross. This more car-like crossover is probably more fun to drive than a Raize.

if the ground clearance is significantly different,
i do not expect the ride to be similar.
