since pabor sa Toyota pag bumili ng kotse ang customer thru Toyota Financial, Toyota PH must have instructed their dealers to favor customers who will purchase thru financing

there's no shortage of financing customers that will take the place of cash buyers they turned down

after all, they are Toyota... di sila nauubusan ng customer

diba may nakukuhang cash incentive ang dealer (from the financing company) for every sale via financing

so they don't need to be told to favor financing customers

they'd favor financing customers by default coz of dealer's incentive

Toyota will now be selling certified used vehicles under T-Sure | TopGear PH

The program is formally called T-Sure, Toyota Quality Pre-owned Cars. It will enable customers who are in the market for secondhand vehicles a chance at worry-free purchase options. Vehicles under T-Sure will be classified as Toyota Certified Elite, Toyota Value Plus, and Toyota Value Lite.

The first comes with a one-year engine and transmission warranty, the second with a three-month warranty of the same, and the third without a warranty but with certification that the vehicle also went through similar stringent quality checks.

    Yes. "Toyota Certified" ata

I think ngayon medyo binaba nila yung requirements.

    ***

I'm guessing... its a way to dispose yung mga cars nila from their leasing program

in my opinion, toyota brand is DOOMED, masyado na malaki ulo nila, yet their quality is going down

kaya mas okay pa yung daihatsu

for me matagal na ako iniinis ni toyota

    1. wrong quotation on repair, nung tapos na ang gawa tska sasabihin mali pala ang presyo at mas mataas na pero same items pa din sa quotation at wala nadagdag because of hidden defects. example P10 ang quote sa part A, nung mag kaka bayaran na ay P40 pala ang presyo ng part A

    2. purchase of new vehicle, sabi ganito presyo sa quotation, nung mag kaka bayaran na, yun nga yung presyo pero hindi na kasama yung iba items daw na naka sulat sa quotation

    3. paint defect, may buhangin sa BRAND NEW vehicle (under warranty)

    4. paint defect, may body rust (under warranty)

    8. mis-aligned wheel (off center) from BRAND NEW made in the philippines vehicle with 10KM ODOMETER (1x claim only for warranty up to 1000 KM ONLY, THIS IS BRAND NEW VEHICLE!)

^(my personal opinion) yes your complains are legit.

pero almost same naman experience ko with other car brands

Wrong Quotation - happened to me which caused delays sa release ng car ko

    ***

Pero ang pinaka-iinisan ko sa Toyota (and Mitsu) is yung 4X a year PMS nila.

it might be normal, in the sense that so many have the defect. (yes, that is one definition, albeit squacked it may sound.)
but it's not correct, and should be corrected.

    when i have my pms,
    "basic lang sir, yes?"
i suspect, my costumer profile in their computer already says, "kuripot ini; basic lang".

With today's tech in fuel, oil and engine design, 1x per year na lang dapat ang pms

Kaya naman siguro, pero they are probably making their dealers loyal by increasing the PMS frequency so that they earn more.

Fully Synthetic, 1x a year din. Within or outside warranty period. Sa Toyota, Mitsu, Honda or Nissan experience ng buong family (anecdotal though so your mileage in warranty claims may vary).

Toyota loyal pa mother and kuya ko, pero ganun na since time "immemorial" ginagawa namin. Within warranty period, dealer services. Outside warranty, every other or every 3rd year sa dealer service pinapagawa na "heavy PMS". The rest is gas station Shell or Unioil na lang ginagawa change oil, fully synthetic pa din. hehe!

Sa Toyota sinasabihan namin parati service advisor namin na 1x a year lang change oil, wala naman outright sinasabi need pagawa every 6 months kung hindi mawawala warranty. Poker Face lang siguru kami. or RBF (resting b*t*h face) kaya takot sabihin. haha!
