I agree with them, mineral oil na lang muna sa 5k PMS

In my case, I choose semi synthetic oil for 1k & 5K PMS kasi tantya ko aabutin ako ng more than 6 months baka maabot yun next 5k PMS. Sa Toyota Makati ay P3.4k binayaran ko with free labor.

that depends to you, whichever you see as the most compatible for you.....
try to compare those Big 3 Fuel Companies on km/L
    * do not forget to reset to zero (0) your Trip A or B & get the no. of liters for proper computation

on all of my automobile, I just use Caltex, as these is the Fuel company that offers a fuel additive called Techron; that cleans your engine as you run (Caltex marketing; hhmmm may be, but I like the performance)
I have a d4d Innova, but I still use Caltex Diesel with Techron.....

Probably, kasi taking a look unto this site pa lang, medyo madami ang may gusto kumuha nang Innova
as soon as you give your DP; pwede mo naman siguro sila tanungin as to when is the soonest that you can get your vehicle..... try to compare from one dealer to the other dealer whoever would give you the best offer & whoever can release the vehicle & variant you want at the soonest time....
As to what was highlighted: what is the reason, daw? siguro prioritize nila ang cash buyer & in-house; ganun ba! Marketing Strategy lang nila yan.....
medyo mataas kasi ang APR nang in-house financing; go for Car Loans in a reknowned bank/financial institution.....

Thanks for the responses. Other than change oil, meron pa ba sila iba ginagawa? Still trying to decide whether regular oil or synthetic papalagay ko. Sabi nga nila if fully synthetic, your next oil change will be after 10km na. Medyo mahal nga lang.

ordinary oil costs ~ P140/liter. fully synthetic ~ P550/liter. multiply by 6 liters. do the math kung ano mas mura. by the way, you wont save sa oil filter because they will change it every 5K regardless if you use mineral or synthetic and you will need additional 1 liter kapag palitan nila ng oil filter kasi mababawasan/matatapon yung oil sa pagpalit ng filter.

Di ko naman naramdaman na nahirapan ako sa pagkuha ng gusto kong unit. They mentioned that a unit was available then to reserve I had to pay 5k. After paying, I think around a week or less I got my unit na

Sir Ginnova, what other benefits do we get from using fully synthetic rather than ordinary? Aside from having to change it after 5km more, meron bang disadvantage sa innova natin pag ordinary? Just want to take care of my baby

just to share: I think it is better to change the oil filter, every changing of engine oil, to remove the residue from the previous oil
changing of oil filter will also somewhat gives you ease in a way that youd know that the bloodline (engine oil) is clean as it is properly filtered
napansin ko lang din kasi on my other cars, if I dont change the filter, ang bilis umitim ng langis ko kaya mula nun change oil + change filter na ako on every 5k kms (whether it is Mineral or Fully Synthetic)

Synthetic oil vs. conventional mineral oil

The advantage of synthetic oil is that it can withstand higher temperature and can work longer without losing its lubricating qualities. It doesn't get thicker at below-zero temperatures providing good engine lubrication at a cold start. However, since it's more "thinner" a high-mileage engine filled with synthetic oil will more likely to develop leaks and you will more likely to hear lifters tapping noise at a start. Therefore, If you have low mileage or turbo engine and driving under heavy conditions such as high temperature, excessive load, long intervals without an oil change, etc., or simply want to provide extra protection for your engine, synthetic oil may be a good solution. But I don't think it's worth to use synthetic oil in high-mileage engines - thicker mineral oil will provide better protection as long as you change it regularly.

I tried using synthetic oil before but reverted back to ordinary oil since 10K km takes me about a year to reach. If you use your car in extreme conditions better to use synthetic but for normal driving conditions mineral will do. mas maganda din ang more frequent change oil than 1X a year change oil. but if you have money to spend you can go for synthetic. some even change oil every 3k km only.

Some clarifications lang sir Ginnova. When you say high mileage engine, do you mean old engines that already have a high mileage reading? Since mine is fairly new, is this considered as a low mileage engine pa? Also, what does extreme conditions mean? My innova is used daily for commute to work (around 40km back and forth), mostly on the expressway. Then maybe family weekend family trips to the mall. I would say the 10km would be reached in 6-8 months.

    Friends,
At last, I got my Innova! I drive it from Toyota Cubao to Navotas. Wow, what an experience! The climate control is truly a nice addition to it. It just take less than two weeks to wait. Nice Sales Agent named Jaja Santiago. So accomodating. Can't wait till tomorrow to drive it again to work. Three days before delivery, I can't sleep. Now its here, I can't also sleep!

Thursday afternoon they called us again na i-deliver nila yun unit sa office ng Friday after lunch. They came as scheduled. Saturday, ibiniyahe ko nasa Manaoag for blessing then diretso Baguio

Bale 2 days negotiation sa bank plus 3 days waiting for the release of unit.
How does a rain gutter look like? What is the purpose of it?
