Power steering fluid, just vacuum the reservoir, fill it again, turn wheels lock to lock the vacuum again.

For transmission oil, may drain plug remove it and fill with gear oil after.

Hi fellow unit owners. When cleaning the muffler my mechanic suggested to put a nipple in the engine bay right in the muffler pipe to pour in water and flush out carbon deposit. Is this the correct way of cleaning the muffler and has anyone done this? Thank you.

i used to have my exhaust tubes flushed clean by a long garden hose introduced from behind.
until i found out, my innova passes the emissions test, even without this cleaning.

    but,
i think there's something wrong with the emissions testing system, if one had to clean his exhaust pipes like this, just so's it can pass the emissions test.
i mean, it should be testing the emission, and not testing the tube deposits.

Sa Isuzu clubs usong uso to tapos yung iba may sabon pang halo.

Yung iba naman sinasaksak yung hose sa exhaust mismo then rev ng engine

Yes I told him if it is okay to put the hose at the rear muffler and he told me it might not reach inside and clean thoroughly the muffler pipe hence he suggested to have this setup. I use my ride mainly for city traffic driving and have to clean the muffler for built up carbon deposit.
