DR D & SLEEPCARE - I finally got the clip off. Here's my procedure, maybe it can help guide others.
1) I pushed in the seat foam in the area of the knob so I could see (barely) the clip with a flashlight. Inikot ko yung knob so I could study the shape of the clip & how it goes in the groove (may pics din naman sa Google image for the knob and clip). 2) I used one finger to try and remove it (space is too tight for 2 fingers). I used a quick & somewhat forcefull movement with my thumb along the diameter of the end of the knob (the end that is attached to the adjustment "rod"). Just be careful that the clip doesn't fly off ! I cupped my other hand around the area in case it wants to fly out of the car (sayang din kasi yung clip

). 3) Ingat lang when pulling knob out so you dont strip the plastic splined threads of the knob. Thanks again to you both. Patrick

the banawe guys probably have some, which they will gladly sell to you at inflated price! heh heh.
or you can make that wire clip. secure some spring-y wire and bend into shape. it need not be swiss watch precision. even the crude ones actually work.
i have done it myself.

How i wish i've done this before pero the car was already sold so hopefully they had it already fixed if it bothers them

Mga sir, currently using Zic X7 10w-40 on Innova D4D 2015. Pansin ko lang na parang nagbabawas ang langis compared to Delo (not much pero a few mm from Full mark sa dipstick). Mileage is 53k kms, 3k into the new oil after oil change ng 50k

Read somewhere na this is “normal” for daily driven diesel car? Thoughts po

my oil level goes down only very minimally, if at all, in between 5000 km oil changes.

I've got the same year model but currently still under 36k on the odo.

But for someone averaging 13k a year, I think that's still well within normal. You do lose some oil from blow-by.

Hi sirs,

Ask ko lng po ano po kaya prob, bigla nlng po naka on lng ang left side rear brake lights ung umiilaw kapag nag brakes, qno po kaya ang problem kc once bnuksan ang kotse naka on na agad sya and nag rrelight kpag inapakan ang brakes. Help nmn po ng solution thanks. Bagong palit po sya mismo ng rear lights kc nabasag ung dati, whole assy po ng lights ang pnalit hndi lng bulb, kaya hndi po sa bulb ang prob. Pti pg replace nya genuine toyota po sya hndi nmn ganun, nka raan araw ko lng napansin.

kindly re-narrate. hindi ko ma-intindihan. include which side of the car is doing what, as well as the status of the ignition key.

however,
is it possible, you did not turn off the alarm?
in some model alarms kasi, if you open the door without first turning off the alarm, the lights will blink on and off for some time.

sino nag-replace ng light assembly? perhaps you should bring it back to them as "free back-job".
