You are right. My "major parts" may not be the same to others. So, it's up to others to identify their "major parts". But we all understand what are the major parts of a vehicle.
Anyway, the point is for the buyer to know the history of the vehicle he is buying. From there, he can access properly the value of the vehicle. For example, a car that is being sold got a new engine, with that, you know that there has been a problem with the original engine before. But if the engine is still the original engine, and the mileage is 300k, then you know that the engine may give you some problems anytime soon. Hope this simple basic buying tip may help our car buyers out there.
