my budget only permit me to buy 4x2
besides 3liter engines are only availble sa 4x4
and a friend of mine who happens to own one eh sabi di ko daw magagamit or hindi practical ang 4x4, once a month lang daw nya nagagamit pag namumundok sya...

nope hilux talaga ang 1st choice ko,but I happen to own a innova V
my brother had a fortuner, so pag hilux isa na lang kumpleto na IMV collection hahahahaha... so this is the reason why I shop around then nakit ko nga ang magandang review ng navara...

I also look at dmax(reliable engine) and strada(nice ride, good HP) magaganda sila matataas, kaso bitin ako sa bed.. so dumating ako sa navara at magaganda ang review nya, hindi lang dito pati abroad, I even joined the NCP forum... mababait silang lahat, very informative mga hirit nila...

so nag trim daw sa dalawang choices kasi halos magkasinglaki ng bed ang hilux and navara... dun ako nag research ng konti...

so at the end of the day, iisipin mo yung reliability, yung ground clearance(kasi bahain lugar namin), saka yung good resale value...

mahirap iwan yung navara kasi nakapag test drive ako ok ang ride, mabilis... kaso nga lang mababa.. saka di ko pa alam kung baka pag kargahan mo eh lumundo agad yung leaf spring nya... kasi nga maganda ang ride eh... marami akong di alam kaya abot abot yung queries ko heheheh

mahirap talagang mamili mga sir kaya kung saang saang forum ako sumasali ahehehehe...

sir, ano nangyari sa promo nabigay ng navara sa? sana makapag-decide ka na sir. ma nissan man o toyota at mga kausap mo na sa. tama yang ginawa mo sir na 2 na lang ang pag-isipan mo na brand. more power!

nakapag pass na ako ng credit application sa toyota kanina ahehehehe...
though sa nissan man eh meron na... actually approve na until magkabago bago ang offer nila... habang lumalapit eh binabago nila ang unang napagkasunduan..

which sa business pangit yun... alang isang salita... wala naman akong nakikitang mali kung saan man ako babagsak na brand, mapa nissan man o toyota... so kung san at sino me magandang vibe... ahehehe dun na tayo mag go ahehehehe...

ninanamnam at kinukulit ko kung sino makukulit ko sa casa.. pag nakabili ka na di na ako papansinin ng mga ito hahahaha... so sulitin ang dapat sulitin ahehehe...

yup I agree medyo madumi diesel natin dito sa pinas... lalo na sa caltex.. sakin lang ito ah, mausok ang tambutso ko whenever na caltex naikakarga ko... mas ok ang shell at petron...

go buy nissan or other brand never buy toyota!

it is true toyota is a good brand in the past but now wala silang kwenta and after service nila lalong walang kwenta. after toyota has been labeled the no. 1 automotive manufacturer ay naging american style walang kwentang automaker sila, worst there engine's are no longer reliable specially thier diesel mga nagtatangol na lang sa toyota ay ang mga nakabili ng walang kwentang auto na ito, they are just stuck with this piece of junk.

sir maybe not in all country, toyota is still one of the best truck made in asia im a mitsu lover but i have a grate respect to toyota hi-lux i have seen then on off road action and on road, maybe the problem is not in the truck but in the country and the way dealers handle things dito sa thailand we did not encounter the problems that was experience diyan sa atin.

again to each his own... may point si sir victorevolution, regarding sa after sales ng toyota.. I own a toyota innova and I can attest yung after sales service nila eh really sucks... puro sila pakabig, ahehehehe... malayo minsan sa pagbato sa buwan mga sagot nila ahehehe... kaya nga pagkalabas ng mga nabibili namin sa casa hindi ko na pinapa service sa casa... hahhahaha ang 1st 1k nya sa shell station na lang hahahaha...

pero siguro madami din tayong dapat pagbasehan.. I owned two revo's before and it serves me 10 years bago ko nabenta.. and resale value is good... now I own a innova V 2008 model, probably nagka leche leche sila sa makina ng d4d wayback 2005 swerte siguro ako dahil hindi tinamaan yung model na nakuha ko... nalubog pa nga ng ondoy hanggang ilalim lang naman ng dashboard... konting kalikot patuyo ayun umandar na at naihahataw ko na sa nlex.. even my brother bought a 2.5 d4d fortuner nitong dec 2009 and he's happy to have it... dati kasi 2004 rav4 gamit nya..

the reason why im looking for another brand eh parang napansin ko nakukulong ako sa brand ng toyota... and these is also the reason kung bakit hanggang ngayon eh di pa ako nakakabili and probably yung ibang taga nissan forum eh nakukulitan na din sakin ahehehe ano ba talaga balak mo bossing ahehehe?

just like i've said before pinag aralan ko na lahat ng truck segun sa hinahanap ko, malaking bed at maasahan ng matagal... lahat ng truck magaganda... me kanya kanya pros and con(para sakin gamit ah)... lahat sila gusto ko kaso yung budget ko di ko ma accomodate lahat hahahaha...

saka isang beses lang ako makakabili ng truck kaya eto hahahaha... mabusisi talaga...

the issue with toyota kagaya nga ng sabi ni boss dadz eh, hindi sa lahat ng bansa... sa state me kanya kanya modelo lang din ang tinamaan.. maybe the problem is not in the truck but in the country and the way dealers handle things....

I have great respect to those people who post here in tsikot... dito tayo natututo at nakakakuha ng invalueable inputs...

*victorevolution: Sir with all due respect I disagree with your statement. Not all those that defend toyotas are stuck with them. Some people just love their cars despite their shortcomings. I could have had a mitsu evo as my first car. I could have had an eclipse. After 5 years of abuse it just needed some work done and its good as new.

*bossing47: Sir di ko na problema yung diesel natin dito sa Pinas kasi gumagawa ako ng biodiesel hehehe. From tondo to Cam Sur and back 1 1/4 tank of diesel and that was driving like a maniac. I used a 20 percent mix of biodiesel and normal diesel. Walang usok pero amoy tinapa yung exhaust.

According po sa american engine manufacturers recommended daw po sa mga diesel engines is 20%. More than that po recommended na palitan yung mga fuel lines para hindi mag-corrode yung rubber

A newbie to this forum and have a newbie question too..Mga Sirs, Ano po ba mga freebies pag naglabas ka ng hilux unit ngayun?? I prefer the E kasi..(4x4 stance)..Is there also a spare tire??
