Hi guys, ask ko lang if the 2.5 engine of hilux E ok for hi-way run and sometime loaded with not so heavy cargo. I checked the specs and 102 HP lang pala...I like the unit mag wheels lang ang kulang but with the 102 HP....ok lang ba?

any idea if the mags on the 2009 Hilux G will fit on the 2010 Hilux E (4x4 stance)? I didn't see if the new E has six lug nuts.

I've check with the toyota Service adviser, that the 2010 2.5L Hilux E (w/4x4 stance) has 6 lug nuts, so the only upgrade you need is replacement of OEM mags & fenders, parang naka Hilux G ka narin...hehehe

owner ako ng 2.7G vvti..so far wala namang problem...mag t three years na unit namin..gusto ko acceleration ng 2.7..d rin magpapaiwan sa highway

Ganoon talaga yan. I have yet to see a E 4x4 stance with factory Fortuner 16" rims.

Toyota Phil is engaging in false or misleading advertising.

Those are steel rims I guess. IMO those should be just for spare tires.

Geez! When Toyota says basic it really means BASIC. They can't even give chrome door handles to this variant.

Well at least you get the 4x4 stance. The rest of the tire upgrade are yours to get nalang.

This is the G variant. AFAIK, whether its 4x2 or 4x4 variants, the exterior and most interior are the same (except of course for the transfer case, transmission and engines - depending on the variant).

Balak ko pong bumili ng 4X2 (G) itong March. Wala po bang automatic transmission? Mahirap kasing e drive ang stick shift lalong lalo na sa City. Ano po ba ang sizes at depth ng mga speakers.

Only the Hilux 3.0 4x4 has the automatic tranny. All the rest get M/T Sad, considering that there is a market for 4x2 A/T pickups, most people I know who want a pick-up don't need the 4x4 but do need an A/T for city driving and there's only the d-max, ranger, and navara that have this variant.

I agree with sir MR. Dapat pang-spare tire nalang iyong steel rims.

Ang mahal mahal na nga ng hilux tas rims na nga lang di pa nila maayos.
