[QUOTE=vicoyski]*wilcats: News is, 2.5L D4D with Turbo (but no intercooler) ang engine ng next 4x2 Fortuner. It'll, basically, have the same engine as a high-end Innova.

so bro... 102hp nga? kakayanin ba neto ung fortuner??? ang layo nman ata sa 163hp.... danda sa if 3.0 parin na 4x2... sana ganun nlg gnawa nila..
d nman namin gagamitin na pangakyat ng bundok, dito lng sa city.. so 102hp is enuf na kya for city use? bka maiwanan lng ako ng ibang SUV

If you'll use it mostly for city and highway driving, ok na s'ya. 102hp is nearly as powerful as a Ford Everest and definitely more powerful that an Isuzu Sportivo.

check this out guys if its true.

"I have a couple of questions; I haven't bought a car in Thailand before.
When you go to the dealers, they hand you a price list. For the Fortuner, its the same list from every dealer, there are three models on sale with prices:

    Model...........................Price List Quote.....Wait Time........Kilometers/Liter
    --------------------------.....------------------......------------........-------------------
    2.7 Gas(benzene) Auto...1.119 Million baht....1 month................11.2
    3.0 Diesel Auto..............1.219 Million baht....5-7 months............11.2
    3.0 Diesel Manual..........999,000 baht...........< 1 month...............9

"............. mas matipid ang auto tranny compared sa m/t?
