    Huge discount, Polo pricing?

    Altis Facelift.
Chances are it will drive the same but it will have a sportier face that matches the Vios and facelifted Camry.
    Similar EU Corolla shown.

    3 Years, it's a mid-cycle facelift.
The current gen Altis made its ASEAN debut in 2013, and went on sale here in January 2014. Even if they preview the facelifted one next month, chances are it will reach the showrooms early 2017.

Haven't read any news about it yet, but my guess is probably 2019-ish? The all-new Prius and CH-R crossover are the first to use the TNGA modular platform, the Camry seems to be the next.

Flushing out old stocks. I guess the premium pricing didnt work out very well for VW.

Facelift will come next year, 3 years since the 11th gen's release. 10th gen was released in 2008 and the facelift came in 2011, 9th gen was released in 2001 and facelift came in 2004 so it's just about right.

I don't expect any powertrain updates though, just styling revisions. Hopefully they finally fit all variants with a touch screen HU.

TNGA will most likely be used on the all new model (12th gen), which should be out around 2020. They won't replace a current model just because a new platform is out.

Any good guesses on when the 11.5gen will reach our shores? I was planning on buying the Altis this December but it can wait a few months if the 11.5 gen will be out soon.

From the article in top gear PH a week ago:

And now it seems like Toyota’s compact might be next. We just got an invite to a holiday lunch that Toyota Motor Philippines hosts annually, but the Japanese carmaker also uses this event to introduce a refreshed model. Last year the updated RAV4 was presented, and we have a feeling we’ll see the Corolla Altis next month.

In the past when Toyota unveils a new model or a facelift, is it immediately available? or is it delayed pa?

How much are rear parking sensors at the casa? Is it cheaper to have it done outside?
