Hi Jaspi11. Nice design for our club's T-shirt! dfcsantos' and sascha's suggestions of adding our club's website address and having a large print at the back were very good ideas. Hopefully it will be finalized very soon. I would love to have one with me when i come back to work from my vacation this February. Thanks for the info regarding your seatcover. Mukhang maganda talaga ang fit sa seats.

First post ko po ito, matagal ko na rin sinusubaybayan ang forum na ito. I have many doubt of getting an AVANZA due to some priorities, now I will be home next week and I decided to go for AVANZA no matter what now, This forum help me to decide for my First Car and hope to be a member soon. I learn a lot from reading all your different topics plus picture pa. At nagkakaisa at mababait ang mga owners ng AVANZA kaya lalo akong naenganyo. Alam ko na theres always a friend next door if I encounter a problem to my Avanza. And also to Tsikot. I hope to return in kind all the help that you will be given to me.

And since I will getting my New Avanza hopefully next week, I would like to ask some of your opinion about Chattel, CPTL, Freebies and Important things to check before leaving my New Avanza in CASA.

Congratz sa last EB. I noticed that most of the BOD arrived last time. Can you now published who are the directors? I understand may President, Vice, Treasurer na. How about the others?

If I am not mistaken, kailangan ng Constitution and By-Laws. I am not sure if there's an annual fee too. The idea is good. It is a move towards a RELEVANT and PROFESSIONAL Organization. Let's go for it!

Yup. Maraming kailangan sa SEC. Siguro for now mag concentrate tayo sa "getting to know each other". Once na kilala na nating ang isat-isa, puwede na natin ma trabaho ang SEC registration. And siguro by that time, malaki na ang bilang ng members (na sana ay active ang majority) natin.

Re: Tshirt
Pwede rin ba na ang logo (smaller one) is placed at the left breast portion? May formality ng konti. IMO ko lang. Pwede rin ba sa Baseball Cap?

Once na organize na natin ang sarili natin, madali na tayong maka pagpapagawa ng club t-shirts, caps, etc.

Re: increasing membership
I intend to approach all avanza user during my stopovers and out of town parking. Indorse ko na ang group/club natin to include membership fees. Kung pwede may foto shoot na rin. Kung may T-shirt and Cap na sana eh magandang offering (with a fee of course, tama ba?). Okay lang ba sa mga BOD?

The more the merrier. :D siguro initially ma-invite natin sila dito sa tsikot.com. Once nakita nila na marami silang matututunan dito, madali na para sa kanila na mag join sa club.

Re: EB at other places
Calling all owners from Dagupan (ang dami ko nakita dito) and region 1. Mag EB naman tayo......Sa beach kaya (dagupan, san fabian or la union area)? Lapit na Holy Week.

I think dapat lang na may out of town na EB and "fun run" (out of town trip/convoy) para masaya.

BTW, I am originally from Tarlac. Now sa Laguna na ako.

First and for most, kailangan na mag canvass ka kung saan ka bibili ng unit mo. Unit price is fixed sa lahat ng dealerships. Sa insurance and freebies nagkakatalo.

Standard freebies ay matting, tint, basic tools, seat cover, free 500 Km and 1,000 Km change oil labor.

Other possible freebies: umbrella, under coat, full tint, 3M tint, rain visor, mud guards, VIP card (10% discount card valid for 1 year sa casa kung saan nakuha ang card), etc.

Regarding insurance, sa iba, kasama na and CTPL, sa iba hiwalay pa. Sa ibang insurance, kasama na ang acts of God (suggested to be included).

Ako, umabot ako ng 4 or 5 quotes from different dealers bago ako kumuha ng unit.

Balitaan mo na lang kami. :D

Help naman. Sobrang sama ng FC ko. 1.5 AT pure city driving wala pang 250 km ang isang full tank. Milage is 10,300+ km. Katapos pa lang ng 10K service, change oil and filter, replace spark plugs etc... ganon pa rin.

Salamat po sa reply Pres Meledson, actually I have 3 quatation na in my hand and your rigth about the basic freebies I will apply what I learned here in Avanza forum for additonal freebies such like 3m tint or full tint, window visor, upgrade undercoating to rustproffing...etc...

Maybe for now I will asked everybody about the things I need to check before going out the New Unit in the Dealer Casa. From what I read here I should check the following...

1. 3rd row lock set.
2. steering wheel allignment
3. rubber cover of front window wiper (tama ba ung term..)
4. Floor Matting

Can anybody add my checklist? Suggestion lang po...pede po ito mailagay sa Tips sa webite ng Avanza para po di na paulit ulit ang tanong ng mga new and future owner ng avanza like me ...

bakit ganun ang lakas naman ng fuel consumption mo, FC ng 1.5G variant in both MT and AT eh 8.99 km/Ltr. ang fuel tank capacity naman ng Avanza eh 45 liters (full tank capacity iyan) papano mo naubos ang 45 liters sa 250 km lang??? dapat kapag naka ubos ka ng 45 liters eh at least ang mileage mo to consume 45 liters eh 404.55 km na??? di kaya mali lang ang calculation mo sir?
