Toyota Alabang - Really Sucks

warning.. major ranting follows..

i intended to revive this thread.. i still wanne get some info if ganito pa rin ba sa Toyota Alabang.. why, because as of the moment, our Whitey (yaris) is still confine sa kanila.. we ran over some piece of metal at slex which came from nowhere that broke its radiator and made our bumper assymmetrical.. that was last monday and since insurance, may processing pa and i know that will take days bago maprocess.. honestly we wouldnt bring or even think of bringin our auto sana sa Alabang kung hindi lang nangyari yun.. we bought it from Balintawak, but based kami sa Alabang talaga and di na aabot si Whitey sa Balintawak.. matatagalan pa kung ipapatow ko sa insurance.. so ayun, after reviving the engine sa caltex, tinakbo na namin sa Alabang with our SA's recommendation too.. kaya lang.. im still worried kung maseservice ba nila ng maayos yun.. i dunno if its just because of the feedback that ive heard kaya di ko feel dun.. even yun nagestimate ng cost damages, parang wala na akong tiwala agad.. i wanted to give them sana some benefit of the doubt.. but before we leave, imagine ililipat lang dun sa loob si Whitey, tama bang ubusin ang battery?? magpapatugtog ka ba in full volume?? switch the engine without turning off the aircon, radio etc??? eh ililipat mo lang naman ng pwesto?!!! nalaman namin yan since binalikan namin yun car to get all the things left inside.. and eto pa, binalikan ni hubs yesterday to give the req'ts sa insurance only to find out that they left it with windows open??? hallerr! papasukan ng alikabok yun! nainis tuloy si hubs.. para san pa daw yun logo nila na "we take care of your care" B.S! hay.. alanganamang puntahan namin siya everyday just to check our car.. hayzz... we just dont know if we'll be pulling it out dalhin sa balintawak or let it stay there..

if you guys know someone reliable and dependable sa toyota alabang, at least may contact namin kami na pwedeng ihabilin si Whitey.. TIA!

Waaahhhh! Sa Toyota Alabang pa naman ako magpapa 20k PMS...

Sa Toyota Dasma naman (where I got my unit) di rin ok. Biro nyo, nung magpapa rotate ako ng tires, tumingin pa sa manual yung mga service boys. So out of curiosity tumingin din ako, Sabi ko "Teka mali yata yang gagawin nyo, e pang 4WD yang tire rotation na yan eh", "Sir, pareho lang po yun", "Ha!?, tingnan mo yung next page". So flip nya yung next page ng manual (Dealer's manual). There, it reveals a tire rotation instructions and diagram for 2WD. Tsk, Tsk. In my thought, Tire rotation lang di pa nila alam and yet consult pa sa manual (mali pa), what more kung mismong engine na?

hi po...im fixin to get me a fortuner next week...i live in sta rosa so i'v made up my mind to get my unit in TAI but with all the bad comments about TAI i think ima reconsider other branches or dealerships...any suggestions guys? thanks

Ok lang bumili sa TAI as long as they give you a good deal, sa ibang Toyota dealer mo nalang pa-service in the future.

hehehe ganyan talaga. mahal talaga sa casa. meron nga ako na encounter vios nasa 15,ooo km pa lng may leak na yung crankshaft oil seal. i mean siguro binaba na ng toyota ang quality ng parts nila.

hmm nag inquire din kami sa kanila before.. but i found the SAs there unaccommodating.. pati sa Cubao, naku! try mo na lang sa Balintawak.. im from Alabang pero dun ako kumuha.. i can recom you an SA if u want.. til now, since may nangyari kay Whitey, yun SA ko pa rin nagaasikaso sa min coordinating with TIA and my insurance..

nyak wag naman sana.. if ganun na nga, mas advisable nga siguro sa iba na lang pservice kesa sa casa..

Yikes!!!!!! Naku takot na tuloy dito kuhuma, im planning to get my avanza pa naman here sa TOYOTA ALABANG, now im thinking twice, switch na lang kaya sa JAZZ or GETZ?????

buti nakita nyo na mali ang ginagamit nilang reference para sa work na pinagagawa nyo. pero masmaganda naman na every work na gagawin in reference parati at hindi kinakabisado lang kahit gaano ka simple ang work na ito. Kasi dito sa field ng work ko we are not allowed to perform any maintenance check kahit gaano kasimple ang work without consulting the approved reference manual.

But why??? You can always buy an Avanza from another Toyota dealer.

thanks * ronw123w124 uhm san ba magandang toyota dealer para sa services? actually i have an eye din for the ford everest pero mas like ko fortuner pero kung hindi nmn maganda after sales services ng toyota baka ford n lang? wachu think?
