    *jowy hopeless na siguro ang fx na gas dami ko ng encounter dito yan din ang mga problema ung iba nag convert ng diesel.kung iconvert mo ang fx gas mo mas magandang sell mo nalang tas buy ka ng diesel ung turbo ha.just a ten cents advise

    Mga ka tamaraw fx(diesel)

    SHARE ko lang po sa tsikot/engine talk ko nakuha ang inf. try ko ung maghalo ng 2t motorcycle oil.ordinary lang ito.(150. dito sa baguio) sa P500 pesos,2oz.na oil ang hinahalo ko sa diesel.so far matagal ko ng ginagawa ang ganito.maganda ang engine response,less emition(blowby pa ang engine ko ha)less vibration at pinatatahimik ang engine ng mga 70% try nyo din

    mga sirs help pls

    meron akong tam.fx gl turbo pero blowby na.balak kong ipa overhaul pero undecided ako kung overhaul o upgrade nalang ako ng 3ct....estimate ng overhaul ay 30k daw ang surplus na 3ct dito sa baguio ay 70k no idea kapag jan na sa lowlands.tnx sa mga comments

    Bale sir naka 2c-t ka pero sobrang usok na, walang power tapos may mga tagas ng langis? Kasi parang sobrang mahal naman po ng overhaul. Parts and labor yun sir?
    Hanap ka ng ibang shop sir.
    Kung for keeps ang fx nyo upgrade to 3c-t, kung may balak benta, pagawa nyo muna yung sira para di naman mapahiya sa next owner.

    No idea how much 3c-t din dito, baka between 50-70 din. Ang masaklap pa, baka di na sariwa. Better pa overhaul nalang yung existing motor kung kaya pa at least sure kayo na bago ang mga parts. Ang problema nalang eh yung gagawa. Dapat alam nya yung ginagawa nya. Yung walang backjob.

    mga sir newbie here ! have tamaraw fx 1.8L 7k, matagal ko na po problema ung back fire ng sasakyan.. pina-change oil, tune up, palit spark plug, timing , binaba na rin yung carburator kahit tubo ng tambutso pero hind pa rin magawa.. help naman T_T

    tsaka ano po masasabi niyo sa 132kph top speed ng tam.fx ko?normal lang po ba ito o mabagal gawa ng backfiring?

    how about the internals of the distributor?

    my top speed on a 7k fx was 135kph at NLEx. that's 3 passengers with a/c on. it can push a little more but my gas tank wont allow me. haha

    besides, my tires' speed rating limits me to 140kph.

    Gud day bago LNG ako dito my fix consume about 10 kpl. If you're experiencing a back fire when decelarating then your kpl will be that high. You should check your contact point if you experience back fire.

    hello po sa mga tamaraw fx owners..mjo magaask lang po ako kung ano po best way para lumakas sa akyata heto pong fx ko..2c turbo po sya tapos po nagpalit ako ng mags na 15 hirap na po umahon sa akyatan lalo na taga baguio city pa po ako..ano po kaya best way para lumakas pa eto..wala naman po ako masabi kung nasa flat na sya kasi mahataw naman..pro pag dating sa akyatan pati 1stgear ko hirap sya...please po pasagot nlang po..thanks in advance..

    hi sir taga baguio din ako at pareho tayo ng specs ng sasakyan...nagpalit ako ng deperential ng fx ko. sa ngaun ang gamit ko ay 9:43 between hi/low ang bili ko dito kay sabong auto ay 6k pero kung ang stock deperential mo ay 10:43 puwede u swap sa kanya

    hi po sa mga fx owners..ask ko lang po kung ano dapat gawin para lumakas sa akyatan ang fx ko po...nka 15 reem po ako tpos 2c turbo po yun makina ko...ano po dapat palitan para lumakas sa akyatan ang fx ko po..dielsel po pala ang engine ko..

    Sir palitan mo ang differential ng medyo low speed, yong differential ng fx na 7k. Tingin ko sakto lang yon sa makina mo cosnidering the fact na lumaki gulong ng sasakyan.

    hello co owners,comments po kung practical na magpalagay ng spare tyre holder sa likod ng tam.fx. hindi po ba mabibigatan ang pinto?at hindi po ba mabigat ang gulong kung dun ilagay ung spare tyre marami pong tenk u

    I believe your querie has been answered already on the previous posts. Anyway, relocating or installing your spare tire at the back has its pros and cons. PROS: 1. Aesthetically appealing (to most or some) which reminds you of the previous Pajero or SUV spare tire installations, 2. Easier accessibility on the spare tire, no need to crawl under. CONS: 1. Will strain / wear-off your hinges prematurely, 2. Partially obstruct rear visibility, 3. Obstruct your license plate, which can be solved by adjusting the plate a little to the right, 4. Will have a problem with clearances as the spare tire will be protruding more than the bumper, 5. Rear door will be heavier if you close or open due to the weight of the tire.

    My dad just bought a 12 year-old tamarraw FX. GL97 and Gas type. 8km/Liter lng pag nasa highway and 5-6km/Liter pag within City lang. For this type of car dapat by every 6 months tune-up? especially 12 years na sya sa first user? di masyado malamig ang aircon wla na kaya freon?

    Any suggestions will do. thanks.

    Mga Sir, tanong ko lang sana kung kasya ba yun upuan ng revo sa fx?im pertaining sa front seats. if ever ba, san makakbili ng front seats para sa fx o may marerecommend ba kayong mas maganda na front seats for an fx?magkano kaya to?

    patulong naman po
    during cold start po rpm nababa then mamamatay makina.
    so ginagawa ko lang eh naka apak ako sa gas ng kaunti para mareach ang 750-800 rpm at mag stable after couple of minutes.
    pag arangkada naman sa second gear nakakaramdam ako ng kumakadyot pero in the long run naman at mainit na ang makina eh smooth naman ang takbo pero pansin ko din na mahina ang ang accelaration eh.
    naka 3K kilometers na po ako since my last change oil and tune up. 7K po ang FX ko.

    bro, nangyari na sakin yan before.

    nilinis ko yun carburador only to find out na basa yun isang sparkplug.try to check baka pinasok ng tubig yun mga sparkoplug, particularly the last one near the body. kasi madali siyang pasukin ng tubig lalo na pag naulan..

    Try cleaning the sparkplugs and check mo contact point sa distributor baka pudpod na.
