hello mga katam2
ung fx diesel ko feeling ko abnormal ang init ng makina.pero hangang 3/4lang ung gauge nya.d lumalampas dun tas ung tubig nagbabawas sa reservoir hindi sa radiator konte lang.normal po ba ito?

"feels abnormally hot engine"... needle gauge at 3/4.. nababawasan ang overflow reservoir, but not the radiator itself..

you're overheating, sir. check your entire cooling system. that needle gauge should be about 1/2 only..

1/4 is low, actually lower than normal which is between the 1/4 and 1/2 mark. You're ok with that temp chief. Just maintain your water with correct coolant mixture, and always check your fan clutch and you'll have no worries.

mga sir. we have a 2000 revo dlx 1.8 gas and lately parang humina ung hatak nya. like dati kaya naming umakyat ng antipolo ng 3rd to 4th gear. ngayon 3rd gear na lng hindi na kaya ng 4th. ano po kaya problema? thanks in advance po.

try having a major tune-up.
specifically, check the ignition timing, the valve lash, the carb (karburador, 'di ba?) settings, and the hi tensions (spark plugs, hi tension cables, distributor).

thanks dr.d for the reply. dinala ko po sa mekaniko kanina sabi sa kin di daw kelangan tune-up kasi maayos pa ung makina. Ang problrma daw po is ung clutch. dumudulas na daw sya and baka pudpod na daw. ano po ba normal na ppalitan pag ganito problema? ibababa daw ung transmission. tapos ang singil nila sa akin sa service is Php1800. ok na po ba ung service fee na un? thanks

2.5K ang siningil sakin some time back.
ok na siguro yung 1.8K !
kung kaya ng budget, palitan mo na lahat.. clutch assembly w/ disk, and release bearing.
