Went to Madison in Banawe earlier to have my innova accesorized.

    Got the following:
    StepBoard
    RoofRail
    RoofBasket
    Headligh/Tailight Cover
Innova Silver Stickon for the gasoline lid
    Spare Tire Lock
    Mud guards

All in all it cost us around 12700. I wasn't happy with how they installed the stepboard. Medyo unstable pa sya. I'll be going there again to have the rails/roofbasket installed and have additional brackets installed sa stepboard. Bad3p lang, kailangan nila butasan. Haay!

Sana nakita ko lang ang Goldrich earlier at dun na lang kami pumunta. I didn't know nandun pala siya sa kabilang side. Haay!

Anyways, what do you guys think of having front/rear skirts installed and having a stepboard instead of side skirts? Okay lang ba un? Di sagwa?

    * iceman, awkward na appearance ng innova mo pag may side skirt na, may stepboard pa. i would go on the stepboard if you have famlily members having difficulty getting in because of the height, pero kung pang porma lang go for the skirt. depende din sa stepboard na ipapakabit mo, yung iba di lang pang pamilya, pang sports pa.

yup, reason i went for the stepboards, i have 2 tsikitings . plus the thought of having stepboards gives me that sense of extra protection.

It will depend on what kind of stepboard you intend to install. Some doesn't blend with the body color, some matches with any body color like the black type from cybertech. Back track through this thread pages and look for my post with pics. Yung sa kin binili ko sa Ace Hardware Southmall.

Saan po ang extra protection? Protection from what? Think of a situation where your stepboard may get damaged. Without it probably there is no damage and no money lost. Putting more accessories means putting more chances of your property lost or damaged.

thanks a lot and looking forward to being a full-fledged member.
You will put stepboards to protect the doors and running boards. You may not sustain damages to them but the step boards may be damaged. You can compute whichever is least costly. Putting bumper overriders may protect your bumpers but damage the overriders. In most likely case you have damaged bumper and bumper overrider. Which one do you prefer?
For me I prefer to have damaged bumper only for a lesser cost.

Protection to your running board and doors are just secondary. Just like Theus mentioned he has kids.

I have stepboards also because I have kids plus my very old in laws, who rides sedans before and since Innova is a little bit higher from ground it helps a lot.

For bumper extensions, in our present traffic situation where there's a lot of undisciplined motorcycle riders, it will help protect you from those who tails behind. Minsan nadidikit ang gulong nila sa likod na bumpers at nagagasgas.

I'm actually thinking of putting a bumper extension but not exactly those classy looking, I'm looking for a Ford Expedition rear anchor bar, I saw one Innova in San Juan who owns a machine shop at N. Domingo who install one and it look awesome

    Yo der,

    ang ipinalagay ko ay:
3M BC-20 on all sides and rear
3M BC-35 sa front wind shield

I appreciate this combination kasi I can still clearly see during night time at during daytime, di kami kita sa loob unless meron light from the inside.

    Ciao!

    hi to all innova ownwers.

have anyone here replaced the shock absorbers, rear. my innova is already out of warranty, after 45,000kms, bumigay agad shocks. mukhang marupok talaga gawa sa thailand or indonesia.

hope somebody can give advice where i can get a better replacement shock absorbers. The one available in the dealership of toyota are made in indonesia, if iam not mistaken.

You can try Speedy fix along Shaw Blvd, they carry KYB brand.

Tiyempuhan lang siguro, pero marami na akong nasusundan sa traffic na mga Innova na leaky rear shock absorber.

Madali lang naman makita kung leaky, dahil makikita mong basa ang shock absorber.

Best place to scout would be either Banawe or Evangelista. I vouch price would be a lot cheaper than in casa.
