HELP!!! My innova D4D Black smoke- pls Help!!!

I'm sorry to hear your problems with the D4D engine. I too am thinking of getting the latest Innova G diesel but am now having second thoughts.

Toyota does respond atleast in my case they did.. but somehow the problem kept reappearing.. but i do agree on these suggestions here.. these will DEFINITELY get anyones ( let alone toyota's ) Attention. if you are troubled by ur dealer and if the company is not looking into the matter seriously this is definitely what i would do.

It is just a suggestion, if no one organizes it or no one wants to join the "event" then it's as good as dead in the water.

Might want to invite C! or Top Gear PH to take pictures and/or right an article about it hehe..

You don't need anyone to lead, you can all do.

You just need to have a concerted effort in getting what you deserve (that is, a good and defect-free product for your money).

Toyota is one of the Major sponsors of C! and Top Gear. I don't think that they can that.

I think Din you be the lead since he started this thread and he seems to be the person with the most to lose (time, money and GAS?). Definitely not worth the time trying to fix what seems to originally be a defective D4D engine. If you can, you could invite Tito Hermoso (right spelling?), he seems to contribute to a lot of the new papers car reviews, including C! but I'm not sure. I just see his columns a lot on the papers and magazines I've read in the past. Seems to know what he's talking about too heheh...

good day! its good to know that a lot of people are responding to my thread but to tell you honestly, i am getting so frustrated already of what is happening (credit that to TMP). I believe that TMP is doing a good job in frustrating our group and sana lang talaga makarma lahat ng mga taga TMP

. i know that these people know where we are coming from and if they were also in our shoes they would also do the same thing but i know that the customer dept of TMP is just following what the top management is telling them.... **** comes from the top and they are just following orders. Sad lang coz such a big company

if you ask me to lead, ive been leaving my number ever since and only a few people contacted me. Ive already set up a date and place where to meet and it was just me, barny,sgt peper and ampy and edward who keeps in touch plus chilun from cebu. If you checked out the thread even dedeypi disappered (although fortuner siya). I even joined the innova groups just to see if there are other innova owners willing to join our group pero wala... hindi na kami dumami and frustrating coz there are a lot of owners out there having the same problem but i feel that they are contented on what is happening or mere audiences and waiting for what might happen. Ive invested a lot in buying my innova, my employement and performance in my job very affected plus the time and effort spent to this instead of my family. Im leaving it up to DTI and its already going to be my 3rd mediation and wala padin liwanag. Imbestigador was right when he said that DTI is useless... but again we've tried

out of the 6 people i know who is keeping in touch with the group. Only 3 were from tsikot members and others were people who just surf for Black Smoke and our thread appeared. Alam kong madami pang may problema and the best way to win this is if dumami pa tayo.... now my question is are you willing to join??? my number is posted here before (both sun and smart) and sgt pepers number too, then give us a call or a text. We can update you of whats happening.... mas marami mas maririnig....

by the way only serious callers should call and not people sellling their injectors or people working for toyota... before someone called me and all the whlie akala ko e may innova siya e yun pala taga toyota (i cant remember the dealer) he was claiming that they can fix my unit.... i told him if TMP cant even solve the problem then i bet your dealer cant.....

again salamat sa mga tulong and hopefully hindi na humaba ito....

I think a lot of people want to help you guys but then again we all don't have D4D engines with black smoke. In my case I don't even have a diesel Innova. Most of us want to help, but we can only do in with posts in this thread. Maybe the tarp idea would be best to advertise the problem in public. But since there is so few of you guys with this problem it's going to be hard to get more people to join (with this problem). With that in mind we'll just have to sit and watch for the moment and see what TMP does to your innova.
