Walang maaasar sayo.

As most may have already posted, refrain from using super white halogens/HID for this proves disadvantageous during wet road conditions. Garantisado yan.
Best to use 90/100 all-weather bulbs and install ceramic sockets and relay (1 each bulb). That you can never go wrong.
Put a budget of P3-3.5k and you're good.

Nakakabulag yan kasi sabog. Walang maayos na cut-off. Stick ka na lang sa halogen.

This is my set-up with our H4 equipped vehicles. Good thing now there are cheaper ceramic sockets available at True Value, Ace Hardware, etc. unlike before where i had to buy the Bosch ceramic sockets which would cost at least P 500 for the pair.
On our Innova, i used the plug and play Narva kit with 90/100W Osram All Weather and ceramic sockets. Worked very well.
