Fuel Consumption of Revo

my revo is now 7.5 years old with 82k on the odometer.

i used to get 7kms per liter pure city drive. now i think it's down to 6 kpl.
lakas sa gasolina but i still love it. di ako binigyan nito ng problema so far.
and i like its space and ride too.

the only thing i replaced is the speedometer cable.

Based on what you have said, I conclude and personally justify that Revo is pang-mayaman na sasakyan, considering the fuel consumption of it, kung wala kang pang-gas, hindi ka mayaman.

got a Revo 98 GL(diesel model) ang sarap mag stroll.remember ko pa nun yung time na mga less than PHP20 pa lang yung diesel nagpapakarga lang ako ng PHP100 pwede mu nang libutin ang buong metro manila and yung pina full tank ko siya at pumunta kami ng subic hindi man lang tumama sa F yung fuel indicator at sagad pa rin. now diesel is php41.90+ mga 700-800 balikan na from manila/subic.

change oil, a/c cleaning at change joints,rack end lang ang naranasan kong palitan(matad-tad kasi daan) hanggang ngayon. siya nga pala 86km pa lang kasi to kasi seldom use ito dati since hindi pa ako work.

just want to mention my sudden substantial increase in FC sa REVO GLX 2000 ko. before mga 7-8 km/L then after replacement ng evaporator, overall cleaning ng a/c & of course, new refrigirant, naging 9-10 km/L siya (mostly highway driving). kasi naman, almost kalahati na ng filter & evaporator ang dumi, meaning, hirap siguro ang compressor, thermostat & fan translating to more fuel consumption. 3-4 clicks from extreme left lang ang thersmostat setting ko, malamig na.

mine is 2001 GSX 2.0 Manual around 6-7 city driving and 8-10 highway
as for the speed napatakbo na sya ng 160 and i think meron pa ibibigay
pero natakot na ako hindi compare sa car medyo matatagtag unlike sa mga kotse parang bale wala lang yan

yong sa akin Revo SR '04 model gas titipid ba siya pag ang setup ng thermostat is nasa mababa kasi ngayon yong thermostat ko nasa 3/4 ang setting malakas sa gas. thanks....

almost 12years na revo namin. and pansin ko mas lumakas ang FC niya. di tulad ng dati.

Good pm mga bossing! May nabili po kaming Revo last 2013.. Gas M/T 2001 model. Pansin ko po medyo sakal po sya sa takbo. Mataas na RPM kaso parang di prin po makatakbo lalo na pag low gear. Pero nakakatakbo naman na po sya sa high gears. Sa umpisa lang po talaga siya sakal. Ano po kayang problema doon? Thank you po! 😊
