Another for ae101, i remember when i was still in High School, i will this kind of car. After a 12 years i made that true, and i only remember it after buying the ae101. kahit ano pa sabihin nila kung taxi model or ano, maganda pa rin sa paningin ko, dami ko pang nailalagay.

The best for me is ae101 gli power and fuel efficient(kung dimo ihataw hehehe..)tested ko na po sa nlex 190km/hr* almost 6000rpm kahit altis ndi makahabol at honda civic na bago kasunod ko nga yung glxi na mitsu na nakamods pa 2000 mdel up di nya alam 4afe lang ang hinahabol nya hehehehe...

my vote goes to the (ae92?) GLi aka 16 valve. nice clean design kahit ngayon. and madali/cheap ang parts. can takes a host of engines ranging from the 1300 12v of the XL/XLi up to 4A and even 5A series engines.

medyo mahina lang breaks at di naka P/S yung mga unang labas pero later models had all power amenities na din.

re: AE86 being available locally, i think yung 4 door sedan and 5 door hatchback models yung ni release nila dito and not the hachi roku of takumi.

i really like the Toyota corolla AWD E110, the one they used in the WRC. i own a AE86 but this makes the AE86 look like crap.

The 1992-1997 1.6GLi AE101 was a good and nice car....until the Civics came along.

AE92 din for me. Hanggang ngayon pag pormado to pwede itapat sa mga bagong corolla pa rin. JDM na JDM talaga dating. Our AE92 served us for 15 years, sobrang reliable ng model na to.

Yung 90 model 16 valve ng pinsan ko last year lang nila binenta balita ko umulit na daw yung odometer pero walang major repairs...AC lang daw at radiator and the usual pang ilalim lang ang repairs...galing

big body '96 xe, gang ngayon gamit ko pa with lpg kit mura lang pa convert. altis matic 1.6 naka park lang muna, mejo malakas consumo
