pls post your most recommended toyota dealer/s (sales and after sales) and sa. also, those we need to avoid.
share your good as well as bad experiences from these dealers and sa.

Most dealers in any brand are ok sa sales. Sa aftersales nagkakatalo
Shop around. Look for young agents who look like they haven't met their quota yet. Yung mga nakatambay na lang sa casa may big accounts na yan kaya petiks na lang.

I personally have my PMS done at BGC but I got my unit from Shaw. Only gripe is that you can't see the service area. They reportedly installed a CCTV system to allow clients to view their cars from the lounge but I haven't been back to see for myself.

I heard this SA "Tony Alconaba" previously connected with AMCAR (Mitsu dealer in Sta. rosa) has transferred to Toyota San Pablo. Stay away from him. He's a one fn*7!ng fibber.

Toyota Makati is okay. Though I can't see my car being serviced, I am well entertained naman!

Nga pala: make sure you have an appointment before going to the casa for servicing. Sa dami ng ginagawa nila I'm sure ubos oras mo maghintay if walk-in ka lang.

It is repairable. But as oj88 mentioned, it is messy (when repaired) and best used as a last resort.
