    Hello AG4,

I just learned something new today. Series 70 landcruiser pala
iyong gustong gusto kong itsura na land cruiser. Is it available locally
or can you ask a toyota dealer and order indent? Meron bang original
left hand drive nito? Magkano kaya ang price?
Among all the land cruisers this is my favorite
(iyong squalado). I was thinking of buying second hand, but I think
what is available here are converted left hand drive and I have
never bought a second hand unit before and I am worried
about the maintenance problems with second hand units.
I don't really have time to tinker with a problematic vehicles. Do you
think if i buy a second hand series 70 landcruiser and spend another 300K
for new parts, it would become as reliable as a brand new car?

Mahilig kasi akong pumuntang really rough places like the barangays
in sagada and banawe and even the hinterlands of Tanay such as barangay
sto. nino and sta. Inez. I am currently using my Fortuner for this purpose.
I am satisfied with my fortuner but I am really in love with the looks of
the series 70 and I want one for myself too.
    appreciate your inputs guys.

Yep, still one of the best out there. But seeing as there is already a Sequoia [or whatever tree they will name it after next time], I really don't get why they had to water down the Land Cruiser. I'm pretty sure it can hold its own off-road (courtesy of electronic doodads), maybe I just miss the stuff that made past Land Cruisers 'legends'. Oh well, I guess money talks.

Nabenta na po. Orig LHD, Mid-east spec, '94 model na 22R gas engine. It got replaced by another solid-front-axle rig.

parang hindi na no-nonsense off-roader ang dating. its looks would want you to stay away from mud and dirt. sayang ang heritage. oh well, baka sanayan lang.
