Globe must've turned their transmitter a few degrees or there's something new blocking your signal path from transmitter.

Either the orig BTS serving you were turned off or its a network related outage causing your phone to connect to the next cell site with lower capacity. Take note not all sites have the latest technology, some of the sites are still in 2G and backhaul is in T1/E1.
