Hello to everyone. I am planning to buy a Vitara but a bit hesitant due to reading from another local automotive website that there will be a new facelifted Vitara coming to our country this year. Does anyone here have info or news regarding this rumor of a new Vitara coming soon to the Philippines?

I have the same question. I am really considering the vitara but holding off buying one because I’m afraid the facelifted model with the turbo engine will be coming here soon. Went to Suzuki Alabang and the SA were clueless about the facelifted model and insisted that what they have is the latest 2019 model.

Can anyone confirm if the facelifted model will be arriving soon? Thank you so much!

Sobrang mura kasi ng mga competitors from china.
Dapat sana sa Thailand or India assembled yung vitara para lesser price

I agree. Its transmission would perform better as well compared to the clunky cvt of Juke and the horrendous dual clutch of ecosport.

CVTs are not clanky, that's really more the nature of DCT. CVTs tend to be devoid of feel when changing gears.

DCTs are more responsive than AT or CVT but if you're not used to it, you will find it a bit off.

I will consider this next year. Nasa list ko palang si eco trend mt at l si Mazda 3 if ever na may manual variant sila that time. Feel ko talaga may manual variant iyang Vitara GL.

wala pa daw yung GL m/t base model dito. so i googled for a pic it's competitive w/ Ecosport ambiente but unlikely they could match the price. ambiente after discount is P748k

I just saw one in festival mall. Best value yung GL+. Exterior wise ok lang, hindi masyadong flashy di rin masyadong simple. Yung cabin niya may feel na you get more than what you paid for lalo na yung GLX may panoramic sunroof.
