Do you think it can tow a trailer? Let's say 2.5Lx2Wmtr size? Might consider buying this rather than a Owner Type jeep. I will use it for transporting pigs (paisa-isa lang naman).![]()

pwede yan, yung pinsan ko yun dati gamit nya sa pigery nya. dun mismo sa truck bed nya sinasakay.
I've seen tricycle converted their sidecar to haul pigs so i think pwede. Pick-ups here in Manila use this truck's to haul LPG's, softdrinks and mineral water.
Have a picture with a u-bone and a scooter inside a suzuki van but the KB is to largae to be posted here.![]()
tanong lang kung walang problema ba idaan sa slex ang super carry? we're considering to use it for business purposes (delivery). kapag kasi dumadaan ako ng slex, wala pa akong napapansing super carry. hindi naman ito bawal sa slex?
tia
Oo nga ano? Meron nga pl mga tricycle na nag hhaul ng pigs. Hmmm... Mukang ok nga ito a tapos nka 4x4.
ganda ng suzuki super carry, sarap pa idrive, kahit hindi power steering ok lng, malambot parin manibela. and masarap makipagsingitan and halos kahit saan masarap ipark ito, wala ka problema sa parking space kasi maliit lang. mas enjoy ako idrive ito kaysa sa jazz and revo namin, parang super enjoy kasi sa carry kasi walang harapan and super power steering ang feeling kasi yung gulong nasa ilalim ng upuan, parang bus ang minamaneho ko hehe! tipid sa gas sobra, yung consumption ko is 8.5km per liter, pero yung 8.5km/L ko is laging may karga at puno yung sasakyan ko, nagdedeliver kasi ako ng c2, hanggang mga 80cases ng c2 kasya, as in pinupuno ko talaga yung likod, pero once sumabog yung gulong ko habang umaandar dahil sa bigat at may pako nadaanan, yun ang problema dyan, dapat mapalitan ko yung gulong ko ng tubeless para di pumuputok. pero ok sa hatakan yan kahit may karga o wala. pero onga pala, ingat sa preno pag galing sa baha, nawawala preno nyan as in halos walang wala talaga, pero lumulusob yan sa baha kahit halos lubog na ang gulong kaya parin. 660cc nga pala ang super carry ko, everyday ko gamit kaya ang daldal ko dito hahaha! sa araneta avenue ko nabili tapat ng china bank, gitna ng E.Rodriguez and SM sta.mesa. suzuki scrum yata name dun. top speed ko is hanggang 60kph as of now kasi nangangatog na sya pag 60kph, siguro dapat ko ipacheck kung bakit. P155,000 bili namin, Fb type. yung mga pick-up nasa mga 100k-120k lang. good quality dun sa suzuki scrum, until now wala pa sira samin, pundidong dim light palang hehe! 2months ago galing ako ng davao, grabe dun, parang world of suzi supper carry, lahat ng sasakyan dun is super carry and kia pride lang, as in super carry lahat kahit saan. wala nga lang palang aircon pag 660cc kasi di na daw kakayanin, so ano pa hinihintay nyo? bili na! baka kayo maubusan hehe! halos lahat naman ng 2nd hand na suzuki sa mga distributor is brandnew ang body lagi, so pwede na ang price. napakamura talaga! osha dami ko na nakwento, late na ako sa delivery ko ng C2! mag ddrive na muna ako ng suzuki ko. hehe!
Pwede yan lagyan ng a/c. Ganun nakita ko kina Mang Mario last week. Nasa ilalim ang condenser.

Hello guys, I plan to buy a suzuki carry na dropside pick-up for my business. I hope you can help me with my questions.
1.) Sulit ba ito? Ilang kilometers per liter?
2.) How much ba dapat yung converted na and saan ba makakabili nito?
3) Anong engine ang ok?
thanks fellow tsikoteers!
There are local units and imported (converted and reconditioned) units. Which one do you prefer?![]()

norkis in mandaluyong has surplus units, around P150T (a few months ago) for a 4x4 dropside. i'm not sure if it's the 3 (660cc) or 4 cylinder (1,000cc) version. while pilhino along edsa, mandaluyong has new locally assembled 4-cylinder 1,000cc units.
You can go to car finder and look for scrum888 who sell this type of vehicle from Cebu. I think it cost 6k to transport it here in Manila.
1.) Sulit ba ito? Ilang kilometers per liter?
My van average 12 to 13 for city driving but depends on road condition and traffic. I know someone from San Pablo, Laguna who owns a pick-up and his average fuel consumption is 15 kms/liter. Our engine is F6, 660cc 3 cyclinder. Some has turbo and Efi.
3) Anong engine ang ok?
Depends kung ano load ilalagay mo. Most pick-ups are use for water refilling stations, LPG, and softdrinks. Basta sundin mo lang loading capacity as indicated on the pick-ups.
Norkis sells 660cc 3 cyclinder/4 speed pick-ups (you can choose 4x4 or 4x2) medyo mahal sila magbenta ng parts.
Philhino sells the Bravo with an F10 engine (1000cc 4 cyclinder 5 speed) aircon is optional. I think the engine is made from China (I'm not sure but dapat EFI na mga yun) and they sell it mga 300++ ata dahil bago. So depende sa needs mo at budget. But I don't know if they have 4x4.
Coke and San Miguel still use Suzuki carry with an F10, 1000cc, 4 cyclinder.
F10 is built for torque, not outright horsepower like the 660 cc engines.
But for 300K you can buy 2-3 units of F6 pick-ups
Hope this helps.![]()
Thank you guys for your input. I am convinced of buying this f6 pick-up. A dealer here in manila has offered P115,000 autozam model F6 engine, 4x2 dropside, reconditioned, new tires, battery, two months warranty. free registration na and tpl insurance. Sulit na ba ito or should i find another dealer. Thanks a lot!

im planning on buying a suzuki bravo the delux model for business purpose. i really dont know anything about the vehicle, ive never owned a suzuki before, any insights, good or bad experiences anyone would like to share. im most concerned about the maintenance cost of the said vehicle.![]()
anyone who knows the latest prices of multicabs? ung surplus. where to buy them best.
I saw a lot of these at SM Malls (MOA, Molino Hypermart, Bacoor, etc.). Ano ba makina nito, at pa'no ba performance nito?
Mura pag surplus yung engine ah. Eh pano pag brand new, magkano kaya?
I got a closed van type for business several years ago for about 140,000 with aircon.
From the start dami na syang problems and it had to be fixed very often. Mura naman parts kaso hassle masyado. Ended up selling it for 80,000 less than 2 years later.
i had 2 units with closed van. they were used for delivery purposes. one of the units was stretched for two (2) more feet para mas madami ang makarga. average use nila was around 80kms per day. one of the units was used for 4yrs. yung isa naman was around 3.5yrs. fuel consumption was anywhere from 7kms/L to 9kms/L depending on driving habit, maintenance of vans and load of van.
they are cheap and cheap to maintain. if maintained well, ok naman sya. you have to change timing belt at least once a year. kung maputulan ka, ok lang for the 12valves since hindi tutukod mga valves mo. kung 6 valves, medyo change engine ka nyan. ang sakit ng makina nila is once mag overheat ka, very prone to overheating ka ulit unless mechanic is really good. head gasket is prone to get burned due to quality. kahit yung pinaka mahal na head gasket bilhin mo, mumurahin pa rin sila.
proper timing when you change the timing belt is kinda tricky. hindi nakukuha ng regular mechanic most of the time. pero kung marunong magbasa ng timing yan, ok naman. incase magoverheat ka, check the head if it needs rephasing. dami kong problema sa second unit ko due to mechanic error. i ended up changing the head coz i rephased it 3 times na. nagpalit ako ng mekaniko din. after that, ok na sya.
usual sira nya are the suspension and electricals. other than that, ok naman ang mga multicabs. if cost of delivery is a concern, get a diesel delivery van na.
multicabs cnt get too much abuse coz they are not built to last. kung gago ang driver mo, u will encounter a lot of problems.
im based in cdo and i get my units in cebu. hope this helps.
