Medyo inconsistent ang law, pinapayagan pa rin coding exempt mild hybrid kahit hindi na pasok sa definition ng hybrid.
Baka sales talk lang to, at earlier stage ng coding exempt implementation inaaccept naman.
Pero if maka encounter kayo ng knowledgeable na enforcer, baka ienforce talaga ano lang pasok sa coding exempt.
Good luck for acquiring one if purpose is coding exempt.

Pinamukha lang legit para sabihing legit plate galing LTO?

either plate na nasa OR/CR ng car, or sinusunod natin yung induction sticker.

so most Suzuki Hybrids na nakikita follows the V,W,X,Y,Z - as the last letter, tapos N-Z yung middle letter.

kahit yung neighbor namin na naka Mazda naka hybrid plate.
