Share ko lang. Naglagay ako ng full tank Petron Blaze. Mausok naman. and sobra amoy ng usok. Has anybody here experienced the same?

sorry sir, haven't used petron blaze as of now.. wala din akong nabasa from other forums regarding blaze and the suzuki APV.

I always use shell premium, dati unleaded..

gumamit ako dati ng "super premium" sa shell, and a day after napansin ko mausok at masakit sa ilong ang ibinubuga ng tambutso (kapag nalalanghap), so ang ginawa ko binalik k na lang ulit sa "super unleaded".. tapos nawala na yung usok at yung amoy na masakit sa ilong..

binasa ko ang manual ng suzuki apv natin, at nakalagay dun ay unleaded gasoline lang dapat gamitin.. dahil unleaded engine ang suzuki apv natin, otherwise maaring masira ang makina natin kapag patuloy natin ginagamit o gagamitin ang premium gasoline..

since nag add ako ng subs, my stock headunit jumps the current playing CD.. so nakaka bwiset siya.. talon ng talon yung music ko

I took chance to buy a FM modulator from CDR-king for 550 pesos knowing that there could be a huge chance of static noise while playing music.. luckily wala! yeaaaah!

Hi Sir! Nice set-up. Balak ko din po na mag-audio set-up with my APV since may problem yung head unit ko. I'm not sure kung stock ito from Suzuki, but it has a CD/USB and SD reader kaya lang hindi na gumagana lahat since last month. Bumili ako ng FM modulator (just like yours) to be able to play SD and USB but yesterday, even the FM is no longer functioning. Patulong naman po, if you know how to remove the head unit in an APV. Thanks in advance!

simple... just go to your near car audio shop/store and ask them if they can remove your car stereo and of course you have to pay for the labor... or you can do it yourself (DIY) by pulling it out w/your both hands and fingers, you better have a good grip for you to do that..

Hi, anybody naka-experience ng "engine trouble lamp" alarm? umilaw kasi yung sa akin and so far wala naman akong makitang effect sa performance. APV a/t yung kotse ko. kung na-experience niyo to pa-share naman paano niyo naayos.

i suggest u put the a/c sa 2 or 3, pag malamig na ,saka mo hinaan.d advisable palagay aircon sa likod.

hi sir Mat, meron pong rear aircon yung GA ko. sa philair kami nagpalagay.. malamig na malamig siya.. 1 year 3 months na po siya. no maintenance pa as of now. daily drive.

Hello Sir Oli, thanks sa reply mo... Just got my APV-GA last night, medyo hassle lang, di nilagay agad ng dealer ang mga pinadagdag kong alarm kaya inabot kami ng gabi sa releasing lang... Anyway, tama pala na yong may rear aircon na din ang kinuha ko... Philair din siya, 30K ang charge ng dealer pero pinababa ko sa 25K... Nag try din ako direct sa Philair, kaso 30K daw tapos 4 days to install, so mas mura sa dealer...

Pansin nyo ba kung nagmo-moist yung roof nung apv nyo? Ganun kasi observation ko sa akin (type II GLX) and concerned ako na maapektuhan yung rust proofing. Normal kaya yun?

naku! sorry po, haven't known that issue.. but thanks for the information, ill try to check that out later pag uwi ko from work if nag mo-moist siya...

regarding rust, i doubt naman.. i saw other vehicles that have moist on their rear panels / fenders due to aircon... and medjo 3 to 4 years old na sila.. no sign of rust naman..

but just to make sure.. ill check and reasearch on this one as well..

possible side effect pag nag moist yung roof liner ng sasakyan - posibleng bumaho yung interior kasi basa / tuyo na cycle nung insulation tapos kulob pa.....posible din yung rust from the inside out because nung exposure sa moisture....

just take a look at most vehicles, bihira tamaan ng kalawang yung engine bay because of the heat...wheras madaling mabulok yung likod na tambol and trunk because walang heat doon to vaporize the water....(well, aside from the portion na dinadaanan ng exhaust)...

regarding gasoline, may nabasa ako mga sir.. mga gasoline products daw po natin is really.. without lead content na.

but the difference between premium and unleaded 'daw' us that premium has a 'lead-substitute'. parang lead? but not lead? ahihihihi!

going back to topic, im using shell premium and at the same time observing din kung magiging mausok din katulad kay sir totie, no smoke naman po sakin.. but if it goes out.. balik unleaded agad ako.. ahihihihi!

na observe ko lang kasi, switching to premium gave more power sa engine ko, and slightly lower fuel consumption, so positive effect. lapit na din change oil ko this october or early november.. ill have my engine checked for any ill-effects using premium.. pray ko sana wala...

Thanks for the info Sir Oli. Palagay ko walang effects sa makina mo uising premium. Ask ko lang kung ilan kmh/p sa highway consumption using Premium sa APV mo? or nasa city driving ka lang?

Hi Sir Drich,

both city and highway as daily drive. to be specific, from Paranaque -> Mia -> Domestic -> Resort World -> SSHiway -> Right at Dela Rosa -> Makati Med -> Ayala -> Edsa -> Kalayaan Ave to Global City.

pag pabalik na route.. i take makati->edsa thru magallanes-> domestic airport -> to paranaque sucat.

Rough estimate of 9 to 11km/liter FC ko.

I have an old GA style instrument panel, if pareho po tayo (not sure) there is a 1/4 triangle mark sa gasoline meter.. if i reach the top of that.. i already travelled around 100 kilometers.. upon reaching half tank.. around 200 kilometers travelled.
