Oo sir possible. I had the same issue 3 weeks ago. I have a 2005 apv and makalampag na sya tpos may lumalagatok na bakal sa driver side pag naka full ang steering at nalubak.

I brought it to a local shop here in c. Raymundo pasig. They replaced some parts like, stabilizer link, ball joint, wheel bearing, tpos yung arm sa ilalim na kinakabitan ng suspension.

Thanks

    i don't APV, but
the tried and true method, is to have the drum opened up and see the brake shoes, po. it's de cajon. just ask the mechanic to do it, while you watch. most of them can do it half-asleep. you can also DIY, if you are "fit" and possess basic automotive knowledge.
some cars have peepholes built into them, but i personally prefer opening. that way, they can be adjusted, they can be cleaned, and potential issues might be gleaned early enough.
consult the manual or google, for the minimum pad thickness.

Anybody knows how many km can a Suzuki APV (manual) still travel when fuel meter is at "E" ? For example, mine here "Fuel meter near E photo" i decided to gas. But I am curious, just how far can it still go if at "E".

    my apv gas chronology

    Thanks.

At that fuel level in your photo my APV SGX AT can still go about 10km. Exact E, around 3km pa.

Dudee Type II APVs is equipped with standard Dual Air-conditioning system(GLX Type II and SGX Type II)GLX Type I(First Gen Automatic APV) Is also equipped with standard Dual Air-conditioning system. GL Type I(First Gen Manual APV is not equipped with dual Air-conditioning system like the current type I APV na tinatawag nating APV GA wala din dual AC,Pero most owners nag papa kabit ng second blower with evaporator.

    Hi Rapidfire,

I'm using Royal Purple synthetic on my 2005 model. I also coupled it with a Baldwin filter so i can stretch the oil change cycle to 10K KM. I'm halfway in that cycle now

attached are photos from the owner's manual.

    recommended motor oil

recommended manual transmission oil and differential oil

overall very satisfied for the past 3 years with my 2012 ga. it took its first baguio trip two weeks ago. no problem with 7 passengers and cargo, despite extreme weather. mileage is now at 58,000+ km.
    apv-burnham-park.jpg

clutch cable and clutch were replaced prematurely at 48,000+ km, which cost 18 grand at suzuki san pablo laguna. casa said the previous owner (girl) of the van was a clutch driver. other than this, just the usual oils/filters/spark plugs/battery have been replaced. suspension is intact and body feels very solid despite regular light off-roading in quezon province.
