December 30th, 2015 12:48 PM #2333From what I've read, OD should be ON by default to save fuel. OD actually refers to the highest gear (i.e., 4th gear on our AT Swift). Leaving it on will allow the transmission to shift to 4th as soon as it reaches a certain speed and maintain a lower RPM, thus reducing fuel consumption.
On the otherhand, if you turn OD OFF by pressing the button on the shift lever, the transmission will only go as high as 3rd gear. This will allow the engine to go up the rev range while staying on 3rd. By staying on 3rd, you have more torque for climbing hills and accelerating faster. But you will be using up more fuel. Also, 3rd has a lower max speed limit that 4th, so I assume your top speed will be lower at OD OFF. However, you will be able to reach that speed faster with more torque.

Hi mauihatch... Sa pag alam ko medyo matagtag nga daw ang max speed na lowering.. Recommended na spring pra sa swift natin is eibach , H&R or KYB Try to replace ung rubber bump stop baka mabawasan pa ung pag ka bouncy nya
