Australia sir, and yes for the V6 GV, it's the same chassis structural design and the engine runs in lifetime maintenance-free timing chain. Least to say, I'm stoked with my Grand Guitara! Hehe

Does the 2013 Grand Vitara also has the same structural specification (re: ladder frame, etc.) as our unit?

Yes sir, the Guitara comes with the 2.4 VVT engine just like our Pinoy-issue Grand Vitara, but they come standard here in full-time 4x4 mode.
