April 3rd, 2004 11:02 PM #4Black, bagong patrol, me snorkel. Di ko kita harap kasi half car length ahead siya. Alabang area, parang papunta siyang ayala southvale or daang hari to cavite. poging pogi kahit gilid pa lang.

April 5th, 2004 10:50 AM #7marami nang available na mud tires dito. medyo mahal ang iba (wrangler, BFG, Mickey, procomp), at ang iba affordable (maxxis buckshot comes to mind).
pogi points, solid talaga.
off-road, ibang klase, you can really feel the difference.
noise on highway, noticeable but tolerable.
cost, mostly mahal talaga.
mileage, maybe half lang ng all terrain, 2/3 at the most.
but if you have the money, pogi ponts and of road traction are well worth the cost plus decrease in mileage.

April 5th, 2004 11:22 AM #8my hunch is procomp xtrrain, yan patrol na sinasabi mo ay yung patrol na nasa Mori website.
if my memory serves me right, may thread si wiretap md na tungkol sa aux light na nasa likod.
on off road tires,
for me i categorizes into two classes
the mild off road tire( which is the REAL all terrain tires) like the BFG, Bridgestone, yokohama and the likes, these tires have longer thread life and tolerable on road
and the true off road tires, swampers, simex which is true blue mud eating, rock climbing, nothing comes close, no nonsense tires.
maingay lang at madaling mapudpod
