trailing arm bushing nasa likod makikita sa trailing arm assembly, the assembly on the lower part of the suspension para syang malaking hinge and made of metal.
wrecker,
wat you mean pina "machine" ang bushings? pede pa repair yun?
I think the better term would be "machine pressed".

December 15th, 2006 05:39 PM #22tagal na yung last post dito pero buhayin ko ng mga brus instead of making a new thread na ganito din ang topic.
nagtanong tanong ako ng bushing para sa civic esi 93 at ito ang quote sa akin:
trailing arm bushing - Php360 to 450 per piece
compensator arm bushing - Php150 to 200 per piece (parang mahal ito kasi liit lang yun eh)
upper arm bushing - Php200
lahat yan replacement lang. reasonable ba presyo???
ayaw ko pa sana papalitan kaso si misis naiirita dun sa squeaky sound lalo na pag long trip. ok lang ba kung spray ko muna ng silicone spray para mawala ang squeaks. tingin ko ok pa naman bushing kasi ndi naman nag sway ang likod ng kotse during braking even in high speed.

December 20th, 2006 09:37 AM #25problem with the fabricated or solid bushings is that ride quality suffers a lot.

how do you diagnose bushing problems? have had my opel checked in 3 shops already for a rattling noise in the rear. pag inangat and inspect ok pa naman daw bushings, and they cant find anything wrong. but the noise is still there!
sa bridgestone they even use a crowbar like thing to push the bushings against the chassis. is that a good test?
