first, have your tires checked for "out of round" or "oblong", because it's the cheapest to do.
remove them from the car. inflate them to, say, 40 psi. roll the wheel/tire on a flat, smooth surface. it should roll straight. if it pulls to one side, it's probably already out of round, and is probably the cause of your car's steering wheel shakes at higher speeds.
