If I'm not mistaken, yung tukod look is for rear-wheel drag race cars, and very fast ones at that. Aerodynamic efficiency in a straight line is the reason, I think. Plus the rear wheels that drive the car are usually bigger.
It's not advisable for street cars esp. front wheel drive cars.
H&R would be your best bet. Hindi naman yan taon-taon pinapalitan.

Ah ok.
I was thinking about the "funny car" class of the old days at NHRA which are RWD cars and had the tukod look - really low fronts and very thin wheels... These went the quarter mile in 7 seconds or less. In hindsight, I think it was so the front wheels won't go airborne as much.
Now funny cars are made of carbon fiber and no longer have the tukod look.Last edited by the_wildthing; August 3rd, 2004 at 11:41 PM.

thanks yous.

nope. cost cutting lang yan, pero di nila alam, mas malaki gagastusin nila in the long run. and why would you want to drop your car 3.5" freakin inches??? puro porma lang yan, lalo na with our road conditions here.
i'd say go for a aftermarket spring/shock combo, or if you want adjustable ride height, get a good coil over kit.
Hi! I would like to know how to change the next service maintenance required? I recently cleared...
