boybitz,
yep the cupkits is all H&R. not sure if you can buy the shocks separately eh.
yung website na http://www.hrsprings.com mukhang down ata lately eh.
not sure about the quality pero may namention si 1.8T about the cupkits affected by climate ata.
meron sila different choices dun.
Either you get cupkits, full coilovers or just their 3 different springs that you can pair with aftermarket gas shocks (these are the H&R OE sport, Sport, Race).

December 4th, 2002 08:23 AM #12H&R normally does not seel the shocks seperately from the spring for their cup kits.
What's the usual practice is matching H&R springs to Bilstein shocks.
You can also match the H&R springs with Koni shocks.
Both of these combination will give you very good ride & handling qualities.
A warning about buying directly from abroad, they may not be much cheaper than buying it here after you've factored in shipping & etc.
What car are you going to use the cup kit/coil-over for?

H&R doesn't afaik make their own shock yet, they have Bilstein make it but to H&R specified damping rates.

December 4th, 2002 11:52 AM #14Thanks for satisfying my curiosity. hehe. kulit ba?
I often see in these magazine kasi na merong H&R shocks. So sa cupkits lang yun.
I'll be putting them sa lancer sana.
I'll try to contact you if I decide to buy them here.
Btw, ano difference ng cupkits sa coilovers?

coilovers ... threaded yung body ng shock kaya pwede mo adjust yung ride height.
