March 10th, 2016 10:21 PM #13Dirt or color is different from moisture. A clear looking brake fluid may already have 3-4% moisture. Hence, the need for a brake fluid tester.
Another example is tire air pressure. You cannot tell the current air pressure of your tire just by looking. Hence, the need for a tire gauge. I also have this in my car.
