January 11th, 2012 04:57 PM #1on and off resistance when turning steering wheel either left or right (from dead center to full right or left).
no buzzing sound on the pump. fluid ok. belt tension ok.
plus this "tog" sound when steering left or right.
im guessing (for now) it's a steering component or a suspension problem. not the power steering assembly.
