    Regular mild PMS yan so sa Casa surely change oil. Pero based sa mga post dito, if you use semi-syn oil (kahit nga multigrade lang basta magandang quality ng oil) plus a very good oil filter (Fleetguard, Baldwin, Purolator, wix) puwede na yung every 10K chnage oil and oil filter.

    Pero depende talaga yan sa peace of mind at financial capacity na rin ng owner kung saan siya masaya or comfortable.

    Antay nalang tayo sa inputs ng mga taga-Luzon. Bale naka-4H (high) pa rin ang ride ninyo kahit naka-shift na kayo to 2H? Or naka-4L (low) pa rin?

    Nangyari na ito sa akin. May nasirang part sa ilalim... kalimutan ko na pangalan. Ginawa lang ng casa is may dinisconnect silang wire. Yung effect, nawala yung blinking kapag naka 2H ako, pero kapag nag 4H or 4L ako, nag bliblink na lang ang indicator at hindi na nagiging steady ang ilaw. Di ko na pinapalitan yung part kasi ayoko na paggastusan hehe

    *spoileddux, Sa 1K PM ko, nag OEM mineral oil lang ako. Based on what I read on several threads and chat with gurus about engine oils. I am not waiting for 10K to use Semi-synthetic or full synthetic.

    Based din sa sinabi in Ry_Tower, cost and supply are key items on my decision which engine oil to choose (it's either TOP 1 SDO or Shell HX7/Diesel Plus). Motul, Mobil and RP fully synthetic are very expensive and stocks are not readily available dito sa Davao. Top1 SDO and HX7 are semi-synthetic and I will still change every 5000k. My Strada will always be in tip-top shape every time. Travel around Mindanao pa naman ako, into agriculture kasi ang company that I work.

    Sir, okey lang po magshift ng mineral to fully syn. wala naman po case yun. Regarding po sa PMS outside casa, it's up to you po kung sa iba niyo ipapagawa na hindi sa any casa, yun nga lang po sayang naman kung under warranty pa yung truck niyo kase baka mavoid po yung warranty niyo. Wait pa din po naten yung advise ng iba regarding this matter. Cheers!

    Physically damaged daw kasi po yung part na yun, kaya hindi covered ng warranty. Tapos, 2nd hand unit lang kasi nakuha ko at nangyari yung damage dun sa 1st owner kaya hindi ko ma claim sa insurance hehe.

    Just had my GVT 1k pms. It cost me 3.501K. Requested to used for now ordinary oil. Then I told them I plan to have synthetic on the 5k PMS.

    We have the same plan. I have the casa used OEM mineral oil on my 1k and I will use synthetic oil(TOP 1 or Shell HX7) next week. My Strada has reached 5000+ kms run.
