Mga bossings, here's my problem scenario: I'll cut it short and I need replies asap.
Casa1 forgot to clean my aircon during my 20k PMS last year November. Napansin ko parang blower na lang ang aircon ko the past weeks. So having a lot of past headaches with Casa1 dinala ko sa Casa2 last Saturday fo checkup. BTW, both Casas are under one management.
Here's Casa2 story.
Saturday - Morning. Di raw nila maayos ang aircon ko dahil di naglalabas ang planta ng weekend. At wala silang stock. AT first, they charge me 25k for the repair pero nung sinabi ko na under warranty ako, freon charge na lang daw. They found out thru computer na Casa1 didn't clean my aircon during my 20k PMS. I tried to keep cool. Balik na lang daw ako ng Monday.
Monday - Early morning dinala ko ulit. SA called me in the afternoon that it will take them time to find the problem. Update niya ulit ako tomorrow Tuesday.
Tuesday - SA called and he's charging me 62k for the repairs the planta will not release the parts dahil di raw na checkup ang aircon nung 20k. I told them it's error on their part and I'm not paying for their mistakes. SA said he'll call the other SA sa Casa1 to work on the problem.
Wednesday - As of this writing, Casa2 SA texted me he'll charge me 14k for the evaporator. Yung condenser under warranty. So I got two parts na sira - condenser and evaporator. The latter di pumayag ang planta.
I haven't replied yet. Tama ba ang pricing ng evaporator? DO I have to pay at all? I find it a bit expensive for a part.
What will I do?
