Kimo, you can try using an IV tubing attached to a suction bulb syringe. Kasya yang IV tube sa tingin ko sa dipstick well abot hanggang sa baba to draw out excess oil. Pwede rin catheter instead of IV tube.
Manghingi ka na lang ng used at discarded sa malapit na hospital sa inyo, hehehe.
