Here's my 20k PMS cost:
Labor: P1,600

Oil(Top up): P500 (If you're changing oil, just add the amount here)
Oil Filter: P2,040 (cost of oil filter now is around 1k na lang)
Brake Cleaner: P300
Silicone Spray: P180

Estimate sa akin ngayon dito sa Diamond Motors Marcos Ave is almost like this amount 9k+ just for 10km checkup tama ba yun? or wala pa kasi final price, quote pa lang?

Kung synthetic oil tagang mahal.. 7 liters , oil filter,fuel filter and air filter... abutin ka talaga ng mg 15k.

Ask ko lang 7 liters or 8 liters ba ang GLX natin? I saw in the first page of TP that Diamond-Marcos consumed his entire 8 liters.. sa akin 8 liters rin and naka-invoice sa Diamond-QAve.. Ngayon ko lang din ito na back-read since 8 liters ang nasa Invoice ko. I will also use the 10mm tolerable variance as my reference to my SA... In my Invoice it was stated that the stance was checked with "OKAY REMARK" but I failed to verify, pag balik ko sa 5000km I will make it a point to witness the measurement if my rig is within the 10mm tolerance..

My mikey thompson tires are ok for them so warranty is not voided. They also checked the uneven stance of my strada - 12mm and 11mm (tolerable variance is 10mm) so they ordered the suspension parts sa planta and tawagan na lang daw ako kung kailan ko dalhin for installation...."

Yung 5Kms and 15Kms PMS ko they said 8 liters.. after that i always bring 7liters of oil. sakto sya sa dip stick on maximum level.. pls check your oil dip stick baka lampas sa maximum level.
Depende din sa dealer yata, some 8 liters some 7 liters.

Yes KuL*z nakita ko nga sa PM Invoice me na 7 liters. Isa ito sa reason kaya nag back-read bago mag reklamo pero may nakita naman akong 8 liters ang ginamit --- aside from page 1 see page 26 and check the post of TP (11/21/09) and av8or5 (12/14/09)

between tires and fender.. tama ba mga expert dyan? pero makikita sa likod, medyo naka bagsak sa driver side..

Pwede din vertically from ground (flat, level surface) to lower edge of the fender, with the measuring tape positioned at the center of the wheel (wheel hub).

To all drivers/ those bringing their stradas and joining the ilocos trip:

It would be greatly appreciated if you can furnish me your name, vehicle color and plate number as well as your contact numbers.
Please indicate as well, where you will be joining the group and how many people will be riding in your vehicle. Also please indicate how many and whom among your passengers is a valid driver.

I am currently finishing the ride protocol and i will be needing these details for the standard handouts that will be issued to all vehicles joining the trip.

just had my outer belts replaced....and my 2nd steering column replacement procedure was done(3rd if the original one since rolled out from the casa included)

under warranty yung steering column and cost me 2.6k for the labor and aircon belt...the alternator belt was sourced out outside the casa...apparently I got a wrong aircon belt...buti nalang meron sa casa...and to my surprise it has same price....

the downside lang is ang taas ng labor ng casa dito samin 1.5k...

the upside is na bypass ko na yung regular procedure ng warranty claim of the steering column which is clamp there and that tapos balik after a few days saka palang papalitan...

Got my 20k checkup. The cost: a staggering P13.4k!

Napalitan na rin sa wakas (after 4 months of waiting) ang steering column. Mas solid na ang liko, wala nang lagatok. They changed the air filter, oil filter blah-bah...the list goes on.

The fuel filter costs P2.6k alone.

What's more my uneven stance is "normal" daw - it's 15mm difference. RW 1075 and LW 1060.

Is this really normal?

Damn. I'm nearing dirt poor as a rat.

Mura nga Strada ang mahal naman ng PMS.

Ok. Just venting. I need your brutal honest opinions.

requested the following:

1. loss of power - reco: replace scv (under warranty, order in progress)
2. squeaking noise - aligned rear leaf spring

on item 1, i experienced loss of power a few times only between my 10k and 15k. afterwards i seldom sense loss of power. after reading most of the threads regarding our scv, i decided to have my unit checked for loss of power. the technician said that the diagnosis immediately showed that the scv is faulty and needs to be replaced.

Correction on my post. It's the fuel filter that's P2.6k.

Anyways, about the steering column assembly, sinoli ba sa inyo yung defective steering column? Ang binalik lang sa akin ay air cleaner, fuel filter at isang diesel treatment can.

SA said any defective parts are returned to the factory.

BTW, what's the best underwash in Makati or Ortigas area? And do I have to look out for. It's my first time. And dumi na ng ilalim.
