Air Cleaner Should be replace and Aircon Cleaning.... Para saan yung DWS 220 Engine Protector and DWS 360 GAS/DIESEL TREAT.?

Thanks for the advice, sir. I also heard about this EGR cleaning from my SA. Ano yung shop consumables? Yun ba yung free coffee dapat... Sa presyong P234, sana may kasamang clubhouse sandwich o pasta...
Just had my 35k PMS. I observed and asked the mechanic while he was filling the engine block w/ oil. Only 8.35 liters of oil was needed for 3.2L engine. So may 650ml na natira. Pero I had to ask for the excess oil. P600 then kasi 1 liter.
tanong lang mga bossing...
1. had change oil on my 1k then top-up sa 5k...when do we change and top-up? sa 10k ba change oil then 15k top-up ulit?
2. having problems with my keyless entry. winterpine ang supplier ng stock. ilang beses na din binuksan pero parati bumibitaw ang cable so di gumagana ang keyless, kelangan pa susian. anyone who has the same problem?
many thanks! andy
TSCP members who wants to use K&N filters, fellow tsikoteers XTO is selling, PM him for the price. Good price for TSCP and MSCP members!
He will soon have Royal Purple oil at a good price din for the two clubs.
totoy_22: yup, you got it correct regarding oils.
i forgot to add regarding the add-on engine treatment....
actually there is a lot of debate regarding the engine treatment and fuel additive... here's my take on this:
- fuel additive - i don't think there's really any need for that, our engines are rated to be i think euroII compliant, so our emissions are supposedly within international standards. but then again the fuel that we are currently using here still has a ridiculously high sulfur content, i think its 300ppm higher than euro countries(but they do have the highest emission standards and restrictions anyway). so i think adding the fuel add-mix, is just throwing money away, unless the add-mix can remove the or lessen the sulfur content of our diesel fuel, then i can start considering using them. Plus bear in mind that our engines are CRDI - common rail direct injection. unless it is clearly stated in the packaging of the add-mix that it is crdi friendly, i'd stay away from it.
- oil mix - what's the point? you are using synthetic right? if not, it's still okay... the quality of engine oils has increased considerably over the years and there have been a lot of additions to the formulation of the oil that we are using now. if you're still using mineral - it's okay, just be vigilant and religious with your oil change interval every 5K, don't scrimp on the oil and filter. if you're using synth, much better!! some synth blends are rated to go 25K or even higher in between changes but don't push your luck. the longest you can go especially with diesel is 15k to make sure that the oil is not too contaminated... that's why the new oil which is clear comes out black when you drain, it's full of carbon and other contaminants.
- i've posted it here countless times, and again i would just like to remind everyone that "NEVER EVER MIX AND MATCH YOUR OIL!!!" try to stick to one brand and formulation!! please!!!!
