used to go to the gym 2 years ago and gained 18 pounds but I looked like a goon especially with my shaved head back then. Lost most of it when I got interested in trekking.
Bulk is nothing without endurance and flexibility. I been wanting to try yoga or pilates to learn proper breathing techniques and gain flexibility but it looks excruciatingly painful.
