June 14th, 2006 12:06 PM #25actually if your urine does turn yellow, it basically means that the supplement is not fully absorbed by your body. check out : http://www.supplementwatch.com it's a third party site that rates supplements. It says whether you should spend on a certain supplement or not.
Try Lifepak from Pharmanex. I've been using it for 3 years already and I'm very much happy with the results.
