    Pwede mong extend sa 20 min routine yan and increase then intensity on each set.

    Then pag naabot mo na ang target waistline mo eh, eto naman para sa abs mo.

    Boss Glenn pwede mo na ring sundan yang post ko above, ideal yan sa mga walang oras sa gym. 10-30min 5 days a week is more than enough for the average joe.

    since i started my diet more or less 3-4weeks ago... i lost a total of 10lbs... the weird thing is.... i lost it all in the first 2 weeks, then my weight loss plateaud at 180lbs... kung may nabawas man 1-2lbs. lang in 2 weeks....

    ang problem ko lang talaga wala ako exercise... may knee injury kasi ako... i got osteoarthritis sabi ng doctor ko.... kaya light to moderate exercise lang kaya kong gawin (basketball shooting lang).... at diet...

    compare ko dati ang food intake ko malaki na nabawas.... dating 3-5 cups of rice... per eating... ngayon 1cup lang per day... i dont eat fatty foods na din... protein ko limited nalang din.... when i feel hungry i eat skyfles... or fruits lang... pag sumasakit na tyan ko.... tiis nalang....

    try nyo pala META FIT Exercise its really effective... use by BIGGEST LOSER , search nyo nalang sa net.... or meron METAFIT sa mga kilalang gym....

    ang dami ko kilala malaki pinayat SA MEtafit and diet.... 20-30 lbs. in 3months!!!, ive tried it before lost 12 lbs. in 3 weeks....

    I'm in the market for a stationary bike for me and my wife. The sole purpose is to do cardio exercises as neither of us have time to go to the gym.

    What would be a good budget stationary bike? I read that there are a few types (ie. spinning, upright, etc.). We're not really into serious body toning...., we just need it to burn off fat and calories.

    our body has the capability to adapt to whatever we do to it. so even if you diet, later on your body will learn how to use energy more efficiently, hence the weight loss plateau. the same is true for exercise. but since you haven't has the chance to exercise, you can still break that plateau. choose a low impact cardio. uso ang biking kaya pwedeng pwede yan. pwde stationary bike for starters. hindi pwede walng exercise.

    ako bum knee din ngayon. knees ache when jogging. i used to jog or run on the threadmill in addition to lifting weights. i did the high intensity interval training sa treadmill. bilis makapayat. 2 months na ako walang takbo pero lately tinetesting ko uli.

    on food, basta good selection lang ng pagkain makakatulong. hindi kelangan ng special diet. sabi sa internet "choose the good quality carb". yung tipong madami ka nakain pero exact amount lang ng carb.
