November 7th, 2017 09:20 PM #2303sama nga ng form, O.A na yung deficit to the point na nag ra-round na yung back ko, tumatama na yung kasi yung bar sa strap ng shoes, unlike kay mark bell, laki pa ng allowance...i can still lift more, pero baka ma injured na yung matanda..

i do what gokuflex does, ako just a whole session of 7 sets of 315s at 3 reps pero beltless, to correct the movement, once youre wearing a belt, you tend to lose focus keeping proper form, if i feel it sa lower back, that means im doing it wrong, if its on the glutes, that means its ok...no touch and go, all reps dapat from deadstop from the ground, very punishing sa body..

well, this is true papi, before i monitored my output everyday via fitbit blaze, a hour at the gym is roughly 250-300cal, konti lang,
its always how much you eat, im still a proponent of what you eat and doing keto, if weight loss is the main goal, nothing beats it..pero the weight loss was too fast to quick, favorites ko like the squats and deadlift took a hit, simple physics, you need weight to move weight.....im happy at 200lbs
