    xob_box: OK lang naman, but it's a lot more effective if you put in some weight lifting in there as well. If you only do cardio without resistance exercise, you'll lose muscle quite a bit.

    minsan 212 tapos minsan 205. same time everyday (early in the morning after peeing) naman ako mag weigh...

    seasonal diet ba xob? bad un at tataba ka lang ulit.

    mahirap mag advise ksi iba-iba metabolism natin. but there are rule of thumbs to consider when trying to lose weight, like counting your daily calorie intake(yes you have to start counting your calores), chewing your food, etc.

    i'm trying to get leaner. for two weeks, straight, 1 hour cardio lang ako. pause muna weights ko.

    glenn, kakabalik ko lang galing immersion! saya, pero hassle yun cr... hindi muna siguro ako magbubuhat, kakatamad pa eh...

    hello..mga peeps tanong lng ako!

    ang goal ko is weightloss..so ang gngwa kong program 3x a week is:

    - 30 mins cardio (mga 300-400 calories burned) --> mababa ba?
    - weight exercises: 2-3 sets; 15-20 reps each

    Ok ba ito? ano pwde ko i-take para added energy? thanks!
