diet? wala supplements lang...
bakit kayo naglow-carb high protein diet? hindi maganda yun! manghihina ka, since wala ka ng source ng carbs or energy magstore yun body mo ng fats para energy source mo. dapat low sugar high-protein, and HIGH COMPLEX CARBS
pero ako HIGH SUGAR HIGH PROTEIN HIGH COMPLEX CARBS AND HIGH FATS na rin, hirap magdiet eh, hindi ko nga kaya umpisahan eh...
ganito program ko
day1 - back
day2 - chest, biceps
day3 - shoulders, triceps
day3 - legs
everyday except sunday. at yun buhat ko yun tipong para ng walang bukas. after-workout banggag na ako... hehehhe...
pag-may gusto ng supplements (whey protein, meal replacement, creatine, nitric oxide no2, or fat burners) message me. ako na pinakamura dito sa pinas... hehehe

gym...? ano yan..hehheh..if meron time slimmers pasay road...pero...due to work..no gym for sooo many months..
diet:...im ectomorph..so i can eat anything and not gain weight..except...meron na tummy...gosh..need to go gym and start running at ultra

low carb and high protein ako kasi i'm trying to lean down na. panget kasi ang massive, mukha kang mataba and hindi maganda bagsak ng damit. kayo todo cardio talaga ako on my cardio days.

Glenn: Talaga? Shete, off day ko panaman usually Wed hehe 630-730am ako usually... depende actually, next week Wed nasa gym ako malamang dahil umurong na yung dates ng workout ko...
Start ako South Beach today, so far ok naman, no craving for carbs and sweets (although never naman ako masyado mahilig sa sweets)..
Supplements ko Revicon lang at calcium hehe. Chromium Picolonate din nga pala.
Kita tayo dun next Wed... Nakalipat na akong company nun, mas flexi na ako sa gym sched.
Kahapon cardio day ko...
20mins treadmill, alternating walking (speed 6, gradient 8), then running (speed 12, gradient 1), then walk ulit (speed 5, gradient 0)
20min rowing, 70watt average, 4000 meters.
20min biking, 100rpm, effort 3...
Salamat natapos din :P 2x a week ako cardio, 2x a week weights (once a week per set of body parts), medyo mabilis ako mag overtrain, bilis magplateau kung kulang rest periods in between.
