    Just reduce your food intake if you want to lose a little bit

    I know. It's the proportion control mind conditioning to help them manage taking in lower calories. With rice, there's no stoppng, nom nom nom! Lol

    Turning 40 in a few years. But, my mind is stuck in my 20s. I felt I haven't aged a bit. lol

    To help me motivated working out, I listen to motivational videos to help reach my goal.



    Because, I believe working out is 99% all in the mind, the rest is insignificant.

    Did the makiling hike again yesterday. Took me 36k steps to complete it and my phone app told i burned 1k calories. Felt i burned more though since my arm is kind of sore today from hanging on tree branches to keep my balance.
