    Is 270lbs squat impressive?

    Not mine. A student in the gym does this and I was like whoa!!! No spotter. Hindi uso sa gym hahaha

    i cant say its impressive, pero if he's around 180lb above, a$$ to grass for 3 reps or more, its acceptable, a coach here at AF weighs 146lbs, 5 7", he can do low bar squats in the 400lb hundred range, sad to say can also deadlift more than me..pero dont get me wrong, 270lb is not easy...

    definitely 2plates and above are good enough for aging men 🎅

    okay. he definitely did it for more than 3 reps because it looked like an effortless squat. the kid is not not that tall (5'8 to 5'9) but stocky (not fat). based on my own bodyweight and height, i guess weighs above 200lbs.

    its was my leg day today...i did my normal routine upto 270lb for 3 then proceeded in doing 10 sets of 10reps at 135lbs only, the last set i did just for kicks was for 20reps, almost to the point of passing out...masakit to bukas
